Promised $120 by this website. Was paid $30. Believed the great reviews of this website to trade in smartphone. Went through the online form to get a value of $120. Mailed it in. Was told they were paying only $30 because of "scratches". The online form did not mention anything like this and the phone was certainly ok to use. So it seems unless your phone is in perfect pristine shape they won't pay the full amount. Won't do any business with this company again in the future.

Communicate better It all sounds good until you send in your phone. Apparently there was a small balance on the phone, which I paid immediately then had it unlocked. All good. This was last week, been waiting on the "testing" update, heard nothing. Sent an email, now told they need a break and will get back to me in 4 days. Someone did contact me today after seeing the review to rectify the situation. They have assured me all is fine with the phone and payment will be Monday UPDATE: I did receive payment on Monday for the phone, and they very kindly absorbed/credited the 3% fee for PayPal. Thank you !
