GBA+ Service Aside from their pledge to donate money to a great cause, they paid the most money for my device and had fantastic customer service. From the time I shipped my device to getting my payment on PayPal was about a week (and this was around new iPhones getting released, so probably a high-traffic time for their business). They answered all of my questions, were straightforward, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I’d recommend this company to anyone!

GBCommunicate better It all sounds good until you send in your phone. Apparently there was a small balance on the phone, which I paid immediately then had it unlocked. All good. This was last week, been waiting on the "testing" update, heard nothing. Sent an email, now told they need a break and will get back to me in 4 days. Someone did contact me today after seeing the review to rectify the situation. They have assured me all is fine with the phone and payment will be Monday UPDATE: I did receive payment on Monday for the phone, and they very kindly absorbed/credited the 3% fee for PayPal. Thank you !

GBPromised $120 by this website. Was paid $30. Believed the great reviews of this website to trade in smartphone. Went through the online form to get a value of $120. Mailed it in. Was told they were paying only $30 because of "scratches". The online form did not mention anything like this and the phone was certainly ok to use. So it seems unless your phone is in perfect pristine shape they won't pay the full amount. Won't do any business with this company again in the future.
