This is an EXCELLENT company! This is an EXCELLENT company. They provided the highest offer by far. $368 vs. Best Buy's $250. The 2nd closest offer was still only a little over $300. The service was also excellent. They provide email updates and even respond to texts immediately if you have any questions. Very smooth process. I highly recommend this company!

Helpful customer service and good experience Modification to previous comment. Rich from the customer service team was very helpful all time. He kept a good track of email and order status. The prior email delivery issue was solved as well. Sold three devices to them recently. And will come back in the future when I need to replace electronics.
