Legitimate phone buyer Legitimate. I had some skepticism as it was my first time dealing with this company. Sent my phone with their shipping label. I got paid in 5 business days (which is today, via PayPal). This was slightly longer than their usual turnaround and I was told that they have rolling vacation right now for their staff. Which ended up pushing back their stated 2-3 day turnaround by a couple days. They are responsive to emails. Will use them again for another phone sale.

Quick, easy, and painless buyback My experience with Cell4Pets was seamless and convenient. After setting up the buyback with them, I was given a USPS Priority shipping label, and shipped it out the next day. The package was received, inspected, and approved by them within less than two days of receipt, and payment was issued shortly after. This is a painless, easy buyback company with a noble cause. I highly reccomend them!

Promised $120 by this website. Was paid $30. Believed the great reviews of this website to trade in smartphone. Went through the online form to get a value of $120. Mailed it in. Was told they were paying only $30 because of "scratches". The online form did not mention anything like this and the phone was certainly ok to use. So it seems unless your phone is in perfect pristine shape they won't pay the full amount. Won't do any business with this company again in the future.
