Helpful (Official) parts site, but Amex not accepted Overall very streamlined and helpful (official) parts shopping experience. They payment section could be much faster if it was 1. obvious that AMEX is not accepted (had to go through entire card entry to find out it was not) and 2. Once second card (Visa) was entered...CVV and other fragments (exp date) from Amex card stayed in the critical areas, so the second attempt was not accepted. Had to enter data 3 x to get the sale to go through. good UX work could have prevented that. I almost abandoned the cart.

They had the same parts for a lot less… They had the same parts for a lot less money than others appliance parts warehouses. It was easy to find the parts I needed. I ordered the parts on the weekend, they shipped them out ups ground on Monday, I received them today Wednesday, put in the new agitator and new cogs and washer all working again. Great experience
