USThey had the same parts for a lot less… They had the same parts for a lot less money than others appliance parts warehouses. It was easy to find the parts I needed. I ordered the parts on the weekend, they shipped them out ups ground on Monday, I received them today Wednesday, put in the new agitator and new cogs and washer all working again. Great experience
