I traded two items in and everything went smooth then I traded two more items and was told I will receive the payment in 6 days.After 6 days no payment. When I contacted custom support they did not tell me who is blocking the payment or why not did they tell me if I will ever get paid or get my items back instead they asked for picks of my ID and bank information and said they will eventually get back to me. Before anyone say it no the items are not stolen. They are older items that I paid for and wanted to use the trad in money to finance a purchase. I don't think at this point there is anything I can do except write this review to warm others

An excellent, trustworthy company My experience with BackMarket has been a very good one. They kept me informed of progress every step of the way, and when I had a technical problem with the refurbished iPhone I ordered, their tech help were very responsive and helpful, staying with me until I had it solved. The phone is as advertised, in excellent condition and works perfectly. They also issued me a nice trade-in amount on my old iPhone. The whole process was easy The whole process was easy, I looked up what I wanted and found exactly that (MacBook Air) on back market for Wayyyy less than buying a brand new from Apple. The package came in like 2-3 days so I barely waited, I got emails that updated me on the status of my purchase the whole time. And my MacBook is AMAZING there isn’t a crack, a scratch, a lag NOTHING it’s absolutely perfect 10/10.

Amazing Place to buy like new hardware This is the second computer I've purchased from Backmarket.com. It's also the second stellar experience I've had. The computer arrived faster than expected, it was in mint condition (better than the "very good" condition advertised) and everything works 100%. It's just like buying a brand new computer.
