After months of research After months of research, I purchased an iphone 13 in excellent condition from BackMarket. It came as advertised. No dents, scuffs or scratches. Only complaint I have is the packaging. I’m definitely considering purchasing my next phone on BackMarket.

Back market over anyother site for electronics The delivery was on time and I really like the one month return policy which you do not get on marketplace. I also added protection and extended warranty for just 20 bucks. I would always go for back market than market place for electronics.

I was skeptical about this purchase… I was skeptical about this purchase BUT... I can honestly say we have been more than please with our purchase. We have been telling all of our family and friends about the site.

Her is my story to serve as warning to… Her is my story to serve as warning to others. I traded two items in and everything went smooth then I traded two more items and was told I will receive the payment in 6 days.After 6 days no payment. When I contacted custom support they did not tell me who is blocking the payment or why not did they tell me if I will ever get paid or get my items back instead they asked for picks of my ID and bank information and said they will eventually get back to me. Before anyone say it no the items are not stolen. They are older items that I paid for and wanted to use the trad in money to finance a purchase. I don't think at this point there is anything I can do except write this review to warm others
