An excellent, trustworthy company My experience with BackMarket has been a very good one. They kept me informed of progress every step of the way, and when I had a technical problem with the refurbished iPhone I ordered, their tech help were very responsive and helpful, staying with me until I had it solved. The phone is as advertised, in excellent condition and works perfectly. They also issued me a nice trade-in amount on my old iPhone. I'm entirely happy with my BackMarket purchase and the entire experience,

Everything was perfect Everything was perfect. Great website, great selection, shipping was fast, product was well packed and arrived undamaged, and the laptop itself was in near perfect condition. Even the battery was super low cycles. I will definitely shop here again next time I need tech gear. A+

Her is my story to serve as warning to… Her is my story to serve as warning to others. I traded two items in and everything went smooth then I traded two more items and was told I will receive the payment in 6 days. After 6 days no payment. When I contacted custom support they did not tell me who is blocking the payment or why not did they tell me if I will ever get paid or get my items back instead they asked for picks of my ID and bank information and said they will eventually get back to me. Before anyone say it no the items are not stolen. They are older items that I paid for and wanted to use the trad in money to finance a purchase. I don't think at this point there is anything I can do except write this review to warm others

After months of research After months of research, I purchased an iphone 13 in excellent condition from BackMarket. It came as advertised. No dents, scuffs or scratches. Only complaint I have is the packaging. I’m definitely considering purchasing my next phone on BackMarket.

Back Market Series 5 Apple Watch Ordered a Series 5 Apple Watch from Back Market. I selected to get the “Excellent” refurbished model, product functions as it should and it has 91% battery life which isn’t bad but there are many deep scratches on the side on the metal housing which I was not expecting. Product was dirty upon arrival, so expect to clean before use. Overall 3.5/5 stars for the product and 4/5 stars for functionality.
