Amazing Place to buy like new hardware This is the second computer I've purchased from Backmarket.com. It's also the second stellar experience I've had. The computer arrived faster than expected, it was in mint condition (better than the "very good" condition advertised) and everything works 100%. It's just like buying a brand new computer.

An excellent, trustworthy company My experience with BackMarket has been a very good one. They kept me informed of progress every step of the way, and when I had a technical problem with the refurbished iPhone I ordered, their tech help were very responsive and helpful, staying with me until I had it solved. The phone is as advertised, in excellent condition and works perfectly. They also issued me a nice trade-in amount on my old iPhone. I'm entirely happy with my BackMarket purchase and the entire experience,

This is a great idea of shopping the… This is a great idea of shopping the refurbished goods with great working conditions. This makes the affordability great for expensive electronics goods. As mentioned on their website the sustainability is also enhanced. I am greatly satisfied. Only caveat is the condition of the product is not as ordered. I ordered good condition, but I definetly received fair condition. If the team could segregated and ship the correct condition will be a feedback I would give now. This part is greatly taken care by Amazon and Walmart. Hope Back Market will look into this and will improve.

False advertising on locked vs unlocked phone I purchased an UNLOCKED phone. Upon arrival & activation, carrier found it was LOCKED! Had to pay additional fee to have phone unlocked. Now Back Market claims my warranty is void, will not pay for the fee to unlock a falsely advertised phone AND will not reimburse me for the additional 13 month extended warranty which is, according to them, void! Don’t buy here, NOT at all customer service oriented. I have proof of all conversations!! Screenshot it all before they erased it!! UPDATE!! April 29, 2024. Wow! After the rotten service I received from the Fromt Line Customer Service Agent, Back Market made good on this pirchase. I have to say, after the horrible conversation from April 24, I didn’t think anything would happen. I will now re-think using Back Market in the future, but step cautiously through the process.

Back market over anyother site for electronics The delivery was on time and I really like the one month return policy which you do not get on marketplace. I also added protection and extended warranty for just 20 bucks. I would always go for back market than market place for electronics.
