After reading mixed reviews on forums… After reading mixed reviews on forums like Reddit, I decided to take a chance and purchased a refurbished Google Pixel 7 from a refurbisher with consistently good reviews on Back Market. The phone was rated as "good" condition, which was about $30 cheaper than the "excellent" condition alternative. When it arrived, the phone looked new. It did not come with the original box, but the seller did include a charging cable and block. I'm not sure what you get by paying extra for an "excellent" phone, but I doubt it's worth it. I popped my SIM card in and the phone has been working perfectly for about a month now. I have no complaints. Frankly, I don't think I'll ever buy a new phone again. I'm very happy with Back Market. Highly recommended!

The whole process was easy The whole process was easy, I looked up what I wanted and found exactly that (MacBook Air) on back market for Wayyyy less than buying a brand new from Apple. The package came in like 2-3 days so I barely waited, I got emails that updated me on the status of my purchase the whole time. And my MacBook is AMAZING there isn’t a crack, a scratch, a lag NOTHING it’s absolutely perfect 10/10.

After months of research After months of research, I purchased an iphone 13 in excellent condition from BackMarket. It came as advertised. No dents, scuffs or scratches. Only complaint I have is the packaging. I’m definitely considering purchasing my next phone on BackMarket.

I was skeptical about this purchase… I was skeptical about this purchase BUT... I can honestly say we have been more than please with our purchase. We have been telling all of our family and friends about the site.

False advertising on locked vs unlocked phone I purchased an UNLOCKED phone. Upon arrival & activation, carrier found it was LOCKED! Had to pay additional fee to have phone unlocked. Now Back Market claims my warranty is void, will not pay for the fee to unlock a falsely advertised phone AND will not reimburse me for the additional 13 month extended warranty which is, according to them, void! Don’t buy here, NOT at all customer service oriented. I have proof of all conversations!! Screenshot it all before they erased it!! UPDATE!! April 29, 2024. Wow! After the rotten service I received from the Fromt Line Customer Service Agent, Back Market made good on this pirchase. I have to say, after the horrible conversation from April 24, I didn’t think anything would happen. I will now re-think using Back Market in the future, but step cautiously through the process.
