This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. It is an easy process to start a repair ticket. (Advice, use FedEx ground to ship your drone). Once received by DN, I received an acknowledgement with details photos of my drone and controller. My tech, Josh, kept me updated with emails. Test flights and bench testing indicated that I needed a new GPS unit. Josh informed me when it was repaired and test flown. It was shipped back via FedEx, perfectly packed.
