He immediately responded to my concerns about my DJI Mavic 3 Classic Drone not connecting to its Crontroller and that was after the drone was repaired for a smashed and severely damaged arm and returned to me. He immediately said to send it back and he would check it out a fix it if needed. Adding that there would be no additional charges for reexamining the drone, fixing it and shipping it back. Drone-Nerds Go South I suppose I'm no longer shocked as once reputable companies go south in this post-pandemic world. Drone Nerds seem to be one of those. My experience was poor, to say the least. I'll spare you my story but my experience includes not bad but non-existent communication, painful turn-around time (2 months), and sending my drone back as completely trashed. I did reach out to them but got no response. I'm certainly not going to sue over the $400 I paid for the crappy repair service. So yeah, public shaming seems to be my only outlet.
