There shipping practices are the… There shipping practices are the worst.. first they do not tell you that somebody has to be at the residence to sign, when you try to redirect. drone nerds already told FedEx not to redirect so in other words you can't have it sent to a FedEx store for pickup at a later date talking the Drone nerds is like talking to robots they didn't want to help me in any way shape or form.. this will be the last time I ever used this company

Matthew gave me details on the type of testing they did and insight into the trouble I had experienced. I paid for the express service and it was extremely fast. I have many weekly and twice weekly construction update mapping clients and the Drone Nerds service kept me from worrying about being down to a single drone with no backup.

The customer service they provide is unheard of anymore in our current society. My man Drew solved my issue in a 45 second phone call after less than 30 seconds of “on hold” time! I ordered some replacement propeller… I ordered some replacement propeller wings for my Anafi drone as the ones I had ordered from Amazon from a different company did not fit correctly. I received the wings but unfortunately the box they came in was damaged and one of the wings was crunched. I wrote to see if I could get the one wing that was damaged replaced and without hesitation, they sent me a new order. Great customer service and will buy any parts I need from them in the future.
