GBPotential scam Company sent item that was never received. Tracking shows it is stuck in usps facility but this Company refuses to issue me a refund. Most companies take the loss to avoid customer service issues. Not this company they need to make sure they get paid before you get your money back.

GBRecellExchange was quick and responsive. RecellExchange was quick and responsive. I needed assistance with the pairing of the new earbud to join my older remianing earbud. There was information via site and a pdf. My earbud was being grumpy and did not want to include the new earbud, the information was clear and concise and the chat box was right there! Outstanding support and very responsive. This is a great company!
