GBI'm not the best when it comes to… I'm not the best when it comes to ordering online, I'll be honest. I made a mistake ordering a replacement airpod. ( I thought I had gen 1 pro , I had gen 2 pro.) I was a bit worried about getting the right model, since at this point I wasn't sure what I had, or what I could do. I ended up calling their line and they told me they had an exchange portal to get a replacement shipped out immediately(which happens all the time apparently lol.) Thank you guys for the quick service and fixing my error!
