I'm not the best when it comes to… I'm not the best when it comes to ordering online, I'll be honest. I made a mistake ordering a replacement airpod. ( I thought I had gen 1 pro , I had gen 2 pro.) I was a bit worried about getting the right model, since at this point I wasn't sure what I had, or what I could do. I ended up calling their line and they told me they had an exchange portal to get a replacement shipped out immediately(which happens all the time apparently lol.) Thank you guys for the quick service and fixing my error!

Better than going through 1st Party Replacement part delivered quickly and worked flawlessly. Customer service is also very quick to respond and will handle any questions you have.
