Over promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

The site indicated that they had one in stock so I placed ab order. I immediately got an email confirmation upon placing my order that they did indeed have one in stock and it would be shipped. I received my item a few days later, with no issues at all.
