GBOver promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

GBCorporate software licence renewal was quick and easy I'd never shopped at ShopBLT, and I needed a corporate licence renewal for a Trend Micro antivirus suite. Price was good and processing of the renewal was fast. I got the renewal codes from Trend Micro within a day, which is 2-5 days faster than with vendors I'd used in the past. Can't confirm it was ShopBLT or Trend Micro who was faster but, regardless, the process was fast and as painless as it can be for spending thousands of $$.

GBGreat experience overall Great experience overall, most importantly they reply to emails within a day or even way faster! This is becoming such a rarity nowadays and is such a basic business practice! Ordered 3x 4090s from them and got 1 of them on time and 2 of them 2 weeks earlier than they promised!
