I must say I came across this site… I must say I came across this site Googleing and I'm glad that I did. They had what I was looking for at a very affordable price. I'm still waiting for my shipment as It got stuck at FedEx because of New year's eve but will get it soon .The company was very quick to fulfill my order because item was in stock probably the quickest turnaround I have experienced look forward to future purchases.

Queue > random drops I, like many others, am in the market for a GPU and I can't believe how many people are getting upset over a FREE queue. In a world where amazon, best buy, and the other big companies have truly awful systems that seem to cater towards bots and scalpers, BLT's queue at least gives some transparency and the promise of an eventual GPU for those willing to show a bit of patience. Granted, it might be A LOT of patience, but that's the current market right now. I honestly don't see a downside as it is free to wait and free to cancel if I find a GPU in the meantime. Bummed out that BLT's review score has gone down to four stars, but hopefully with some more rational reviewers such as myself, we can get it back up to five.

There is a shortage Just here trying to bring back the 5 stars. My order hasn't arrived either because there is a HUGE SHORTAGE and these guys are not wizards. Giving us the ability to pre-order at a non-inflated price in a free waiting line while being able to cancel at any time does not deserve a 1 star rating filled with enraged nonsense. It is a very frustrating situation for everyone(including me!) but trying to damage a legit and upright business won't help with anything. Why not take it out on scalpers and their "business partners" instead if you really need to vent?

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They DO NOT deliver on their ETAs. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. They just make constant excuses. Try to blame the manufacturer, but other vendors seem to be able to meet their ETAs. Hmm.

Great experience overall Great experience overall, most importantly they reply to emails within a day or even way faster! This is becoming such a rarity nowadays and is such a basic business practice! Ordered 3x 4090s from them and got 1 of them on time and 2 of them 2 weeks earlier than they promised!
