Most online resellers use Paypal or other similar secure service, I don't see why you cannot.

Lowest price available Lowest price available. Would have preferred boxed version, but availability was uncertain and other reviews had mixed experiences with out of stock promise dates. Un boxed CPU worked and I was able to use a cooler and video card (CPU does not have integrated video) I had on hand. Shipping took about 5 days.

The site indicated that they had one in stock so I placed ab order. I immediately got an email confirmation upon placing my order that they did indeed have one in stock and it would be shipped. I received my item a few days later, with no issues at all.
