The online inventory information is a really nice feature and more detailed than most even to the point it tells you where items in inventory are located. Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They DO NOT deliver on their ETAs. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. They just make constant excuses. Try to blame the manufacturer, but other vendors seem to be able to meet their ETAs. Hmm.

I ordered a set of Bose Omnijewel… I ordered a set of Bose Omnijewel Speaker Stands. ShopBLT.com offered it at a lower price than any other shopping site I could find. The site indicated that they had one in stock so I placed ab order. I immediately got an email confirmation upon placing my order that they did indeed have one in stock and it would be shipped. I received my item a few days later, with no issues at all.

Over promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

Lowest price available Lowest price available. Would have preferred boxed version, but availability was uncertain and other reviews had mixed experiences with out of stock promise dates. Un boxed CPU worked and I was able to use a cooler and video card (CPU does not have integrated video) I had on hand. Shipping took about 5 days.
