GBGreat Service I've recently preordered the Aorus 3060 ti from ShopBLT, and have recommended it to a lot of friends of mine, however, unfortunately, questions of legitimacy have been raised by many of them due to the website design and the main page not being secure. Also, my product has been delayed for just under a month now, however I understand that because it is a preorder, it is not ShopBLT's responsibility. Overall, the site offers a great way to get your hands on out-of-stock, high demand items such as graphics cards and the 5600x CPU. Without it, I'd be stuck with my trusty little 1050 ti. Haha!

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. They DO NOT deliver on their ETAs. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. They just make constant excuses. Try to blame the manufacturer, but other vendors seem to be able to meet their ETAs. Hmm.

GBDon't accept Paypal, only credit cards Great service, I just wish they accept Paypal. Come on ShopBLT, it's 2021 and all you take are credit cards? Time to raise up your game. PS: To answer your reply, this takes two stars off your service because nobody likes to give away her/his credit card details while secure online payment methods like Paypal or Venmo are available. Most online resellers use Paypal or other similar secure service, I don't see why you cannot.

GB"Reply from ShopBLT.com "Reply from ShopBLT.com 4 days ago Lastly, yelling at suppliers and manufacturers and threatening legal action is a worthless endeavor. It won't make components to manufacture products somehow blink into existence." But customer satisfaction always a must. Like would we ever condescend? never..... To recap you can cancel at anytime. I strongly recommend a time out. Start firstly with taking a breath Calm down Relax Adjust Pleasant place. I never hinted that it could i was simply curious. No I dont think legal action could do anything. A simple no would suffice Hardly calls for treating someone badly A reasonable response could have been: To put it frankly; its not a good course of action.

GBOver promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.
