The site indicated that they had one in stock so I placed ab order. I immediately got an email confirmation upon placing my order that they did indeed have one in stock and it would be shipped. I received my item a few days later, with no issues at all.

There is a shortage Just here trying to bring back the 5 stars. My order hasn't arrived either because there is a HUGE SHORTAGE and these guys are not wizards. Giving us the ability to pre-order at a non-inflated price in a free waiting line while being able to cancel at any time does not deserve a 1 star rating filled with enraged nonsense. It is a very frustrating situation for everyone(including me!) but trying to damage a legit and upright business won't help with anything. Why not take it out on scalpers and their "business partners" instead if you really need to vent?
