There is a shortage Just here trying to bring back the 5 stars. My order hasn't arrived either because there is a HUGE SHORTAGE and these guys are not wizards. Giving us the ability to pre-order at a non-inflated price in a free waiting line while being able to cancel at any time does not deserve a 1 star rating filled with enraged nonsense. It is a very frustrating situation for everyone(including me!) but trying to damage a legit and upright business won't help with anything. Why not take it out on scalpers and their "business partners" instead if you really need to vent?

Corporate software licence renewal was quick and easy I'd never shopped at ShopBLT, and I needed a corporate licence renewal for a Trend Micro antivirus suite. Price was good and processing of the renewal was fast. I got the renewal codes from Trend Micro within a day, which is 2-5 days faster than with vendors I'd used in the past. Can't confirm it was ShopBLT or Trend Micro who was faster but, regardless, the process was fast and as painless as it can be for spending thousands of $$.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They DO NOT deliver on their ETAs. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. They just make constant excuses. Try to blame the manufacturer, but other vendors seem to be able to meet their ETAs. Hmm.
