Queue > random drops I, like many others, am in the market for a GPU and I can't believe how many people are getting upset over a FREE queue. In a world where amazon, best buy, and the other big companies have truly awful systems that seem to cater towards bots and scalpers, BLT's queue at least gives some transparency and the promise of an eventual GPU for those willing to show a bit of patience. Granted, it might be A LOT of patience, but that's the current market right now. I honestly don't see a downside as it is free to wait and free to cancel if I find a GPU in the meantime. Bummed out that BLT's review score has gone down to four stars, but hopefully with some more rational reviewers such as myself, we can get it back up to five.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. They DO NOT deliver on their ETAs. Complete waste of time. Don’t bother using them. They just make constant excuses. Try to blame the manufacturer, but other vendors seem to be able to meet their ETAs. Hmm.

Corporate software licence renewal was quick and easy I'd never shopped at ShopBLT, and I needed a corporate licence renewal for a Trend Micro antivirus suite. Price was good and processing of the renewal was fast. I got the renewal codes from Trend Micro within a day, which is 2-5 days faster than with vendors I'd used in the past. Can't confirm it was ShopBLT or Trend Micro who was faster but, regardless, the process was fast and as painless as it can be for spending thousands of $$.

Over promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

I ordered a set of Bose Omnijewel… I ordered a set of Bose Omnijewel Speaker Stands. ShopBLT.com offered it at a lower price than any other shopping site I could find. The site indicated that they had one in stock so I placed ab order. I immediately got an email confirmation upon placing my order that they did indeed have one in stock and it would be shipped. I received my item a few days later, with no issues at all.
