Patience, you have nothing at stake as your cards haven't been charged I applaud the person tasked with responding to these hilarious 1-star reviews and appreciate shopBLT's transparency in regards to my orders... The orders I was about to cancel until I noticed the note that no further orders were being taken so I held out hope and let them ride. My first ship date was missed and immediately updated by BLT. The ETA was missed again yesterday but it was immediately updated to tomorrow. Hoping the people in front of me in queue get their orders fulfilled so I can get closer to receiving mine. Thanks BLT!

Over promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

"Reply from ShopBLT.com "Reply from ShopBLT.com 4 days ago Lastly, yelling at suppliers and manufacturers and threatening legal action is a worthless endeavor. It won't make components to manufacture products somehow blink into existence." But customer satisfaction always a must. Like would we ever condescend? never..... To recap you can cancel at anytime. I strongly recommend a time out. Start firstly with taking a breath Calm down Relax Adjust Pleasant place. I never hinted that it could i was simply curious. No I dont think legal action could do anything. A simple no would suffice Hardly calls for treating someone badly A reasonable response could have been: To put it frankly; its not a good course of action.

Great company. Reviewers are not smart. I'm astounded by the plethora of buffoons who write bad reviews about arrival dates and pricing. Don't you people understand that video cards are in very short supply everywhere and manufacturers are screwing over resellers left and right by missing delivery dates and jacking up costs? What other company lets you wait in line for $0 for very hard to get items and lets you cancel if you don't want to wait anymore without paying a fee? Man, there are some really dumb people in this world. This company is perfectly fine and does a great job of communication and letting you know what's going on with your order. I've been using them for over 20 years. They're not a scam.

Queue > random drops I, like many others, am in the market for a GPU and I can't believe how many people are getting upset over a FREE queue. In a world where amazon, best buy, and the other big companies have truly awful systems that seem to cater towards bots and scalpers, BLT's queue at least gives some transparency and the promise of an eventual GPU for those willing to show a bit of patience. Granted, it might be A LOT of patience, but that's the current market right now. I honestly don't see a downside as it is free to wait and free to cancel if I find a GPU in the meantime. Bummed out that BLT's review score has gone down to four stars, but hopefully with some more rational reviewers such as myself, we can get it back up to five.
