They easily beat all of their competitors' pricing including some of my favorites like B&H Photo Video. I'll definitely check there when researching purchases going forward.

Over promise, under deliver I ordered a graphics card in October of 2020, and every other week I get an update saying it’s been pushed back. I don’t know if they’ve just prioritized other orders over mine - or if they’re really are just that bad at inventory planning. They use the excuse that they can’t control when they get inventory, which I acknowledge, but if your supply change is really that inconsistent then you shouldn’t open things up for preorder.

Corporate software licence renewal was quick and easy I'd never shopped at ShopBLT, and I needed a corporate licence renewal for a Trend Micro antivirus suite. Price was good and processing of the renewal was fast. I got the renewal codes from Trend Micro within a day, which is 2-5 days faster than with vendors I'd used in the past. Can't confirm it was ShopBLT or Trend Micro who was faster but, regardless, the process was fast and as painless as it can be for spending thousands of $$.

I wish I knew exactly how many cards were reserved ahead of mine, but I'm a patient man (I'm only curious about this because when I was checking the "real time availability" of the graphics card I wanted, it never loaded).
