GBExcellent product and customer service I have bought the 800 watt blender in November 2019. I really liked the immersion blender and whisk and they are used almost everyday. They take up less kitchen space and have enough power to do the job efficiently. After almost two years of use the whisk attachment accidentally stuck into sink and broken. Now here comes the biggest advantage of this particular product over thousand similar products: After Sales Service! They have their own website and own customer service. I could easily contact via online chat and they have assured me to send a replacement whisk base attachment. Now a days you can hardly find such service with product costing less than 50$. I am really happy with the customer service.

GBKelly A+++++ Kelly, the customer service agent I worked with to handle a problem with my juicer, should be training other CS agents. NEVER was there a word making me wrong or stupid. There was polite yet friendly apology for any inconvenience, plus the right remedy was given swiftly and efficiently which handled the problem. I sincerely pray that Kelly is put in some sort of trainer position. 85% (a generous estimate) of Cust. Svc. people are, sadly, not equipped to handle the public. Kelly gets an A+++++ from me. GBQuick Responses, Kind Attitude The little rubber or plastic part inside the main blender attachment broke, and I emailed for info about a new one. The person that helped me was extremely quick to respond and sent the info over to the people that handle replacement parts immediately. I really appreciated the kindness and professional attitude from Christine from KOIOS!

CASuccessful replacement of immersion hand blender under warranty I bought a Koios 5-in-1 hand blender from Amazon earlier this year. We loved using it but 3 months after first using it, one of the attachments from the main motor unit became stuck in the chopper lid, making the blender motor unit unable to attach to anything apart from the chopper. I contacted Koios and they were very helpful. Rey, the customer representative I communicated with, asked me to upload a quick video of the problem and they sent me a new replacement hand blender set right away. I appreciate the help I received and the quick response time.
