CASuccessful replacement of immersion hand blender under warranty I bought a Koios 5-in-1 hand blender from Amazon earlier this year. We loved using it but 3 months after first using it, one of the attachments from the main motor unit became stuck in the chopper lid, making the blender motor unit unable to attach to anything apart from the chopper. I contacted Koios and they were very helpful. Rey, the customer representative I communicated with, asked me to upload a quick video of the problem and they sent me a new replacement hand blender set right away. I appreciate the help I received and the quick response time.

Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks. He was incredibly helpful, sincere and professional. Great customer service. Part arrived today and we can begin to use juicer again. Thank You Russel. Totally worth the wait. Thank you. Jamie.

GBThis is the first bullet type blender… This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!

DKWASTED TIME TRYING TO GET KOIOSSSHOP TO GIVE ME THE DISCOUNT OFFERED. Had to email and phone for defective discount code. 1st reply: It's good, must be your browser do this...FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed my dilemma... 2nd reply: It works fine so just apply it for refund/ rebate after purchase. FOLLOWED ALL INSTRUCTIONS, STILL DID NOT WORK. Emailed for refund in amount of discount, discount applied. HOW MUCH OF MY TIME DID THIS TAKE FOR $13.52 DISCOUNT??!!

GBJob well done. I had a broken part on my immersion blender, which I love by the way. Robert was my customer service rep. He neither harassed me nor tried to get me to jump hoops to prove anything. He was polite, professional and he approved the replacement of the part that I need. It still hasn't arrived yet but that has nothing to do with Robert. It's probably stuck out in the Pacific Ocean somewhere. The main thing I appreciated about Robert was that he voluntarily looked up my order to see if it was under warranty. I hadn't even thought of that.
