I provided the review and the required documents, but it appears you have reneged on your part. It's too bad. GBRey was SUPER responsive Rey was SUPER responsive. He was empathetic and quickly responded to my issue with an agreeable resolution. Honestly I didn't expect to chat with a real person when I clicked on the chat icon. But I was quickly routed to a real person. Rey answered and explained the initial interaction was an AI bot, but I was talking with a real person now. Our interaction was a very quick, satisfying and efficient experience. Five stars. :)

CASuccessful replacement of immersion hand blender under warranty I bought a Koios 5-in-1 hand blender from Amazon earlier this year. We loved using it but 3 months after first using it, one of the attachments from the main motor unit became stuck in the chopper lid, making the blender motor unit unable to attach to anything apart from the chopper. I contacted Koios and they were very helpful. Rey, the customer representative I communicated with, asked me to upload a quick video of the problem and they sent me a new replacement hand blender set right away. I appreciate the help I received and the quick response time.
