GBKelly A+++++ Kelly, the customer service agent I worked with to handle a problem with my juicer, should be training other CS agents. NEVER was there a word making me wrong or stupid. There was polite yet friendly apology for any inconvenience, plus the right remedy was given swiftly and efficiently which handled the problem. I sincerely pray that Kelly is put in some sort of trainer position. 85% (a generous estimate) of Cust. Svc. people are, sadly, not equipped to handle the public. Kelly gets an A+++++ from me. GBWarranty & Replacement Parts Working with Rey today. He has been super helpful helping me register for warranty from an order ID on a past wedding gift and filling out request for replacement parts. Although the request is still in progress his service has been exceptional.

GBunit replacement This review is for my experience with Russel, the support team member who received my call the second time I called. He is very polite and responsive. He is also knowledgeable and very willing to help. He emailed me the information I needed and responded to every email I sent. According to him, my claim has been submitted so I’m just waiting for the replacement unit now. So well see and I hope they come through.

GBAlex- Best CSR After a couple of months, my personal blender went on the fritz (I simply make one small smoothie each morning). It was just bad luck I supposed so I called Customer Service. I spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and courteous. All good, since I am still under warranty they are sending out a replacement

GBThis is the first bullet type blender… This is the first bullet type blender I've had so I don't have anything other than my larger Ninja blender to compare it to. I'll say having used it immediately after getting it and it was very surprising. In a fraction of the time I was able to make a smoothie with hidden veggies for my autistic daughter and she loved it. She is extremely particular about the consistency and hates any chunks in her smoothies. What a huge success! Clean up was super easy. I basically just rinsed the cups out after and they were good to go. Would definitely recommend it to others!
