Rep Russel contacted me and advised me how to locate order number. He immediately responded back with follow up emails. Advised it would be coming from overseas and would take a few weeks. GBExcellent HEPA!!! I have purchased 7 or 8 of these Air Filters because they are exceptional units! They are small, quiet, powerful and take in air from three different directions. I highly recommend this product! I'm more than satisfied after using them 6 months already!
