GBYour crew in NOHO is the best in… Your crew in NOHO is the best in customer service. Arsen is always going the extra mile to get my orders processed and out the door. Arthur is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ed also very helpful and always get's me on my way with my product. Steve is the best tech support and has never let me down. Always called back and followed up on tech questions. Luis is great and can be a good reference for any product questions. GBWhen I went to pickup my online order When I went to pickup my online order, they said we don’t have the part you ordered. I asked why didn’t anyone call me? I put the order in 3 days ago! I drove 25min to North Hollywood pickup my order and had to cancel my appointment with my client that day. I lost about 1/2 day. From now I will call them before I go for online orders. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. You need to be more proactive about your online inventory.
