Arthur is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ed also very helpful and always get's me on my way with my product. Steve is the best tech support and has never let me down. Always called back and followed up on tech questions. Luis is great and can be a good reference for any product questions. GBI shop at the Anaheim location and they… I shop at the Anaheim location and they always are happy to see people everybody there make sure to say hi to somebody that walks in. they work as a team and are very helpful. If I’m asking about a product and the person I’m dealing with is looking up the price for me and somebody else is not busy they’ll run and grab it and drop it off so I can see what I’m looking at. I really like that everybody there seems to be about customer service
