Best Music Box for Kids A few years ago we were looking for an alternative to the Toniebox and found Jooki. (We’re from Germany) It’s Great that you can use it as a toddler and as a Teenager because of the Functions and the Look. We have the 1st and the 2nd generation and both work well and the Customer Service does a fantastic job. We always recommend the box when friends are thinking about a music box for their Kids.

Does not work. Should have read other reviews. This device is non functioning. I’m a techie software developer and I couldn’t get it working. The player does not connect to my device. When trying to connect, the options in the iPhone settings app do not match what the Jooki app is saying. The connection steps very quickly just display, “sorry, contact Customer support”. In the state that it’s in right now, there’s no way to turn it off. (Except letting the battery run dead.) There’s no reset button. What I have is a big blue paper weight. I should have read the App Store reviews before purchasing it and 2 sets of tags.

Jooki experience The jooki stops very frequently (multiple times in an hour). The lights stay white, but no music. The jooki can't be turned off when this happens and needs a hard reset. Very disappointing for my daughter. I had hoped for a better experience for my daughters birtday present. Update: The servicedesk helped me to reset the Jooki, now it seems to work the way it should. They even offered me a new Jooki if the problems continued. My daughter loves the Jooki even better now!

Kids love their Jookis We were looking for an alternative for the Tonie boxes, since we do not want to buy new Tonies all the time. We are really glad that we found Jooki which can easily be linked to our Spotify family account, so we can change the playlist whenever the kids want. Besides, the support team is super ... quick responses, easy tricks to help and they even found a solution for an out off warranty issue. We can only recommend these music players!

Great product, great service! I have contacted the customer service twice. Once before buying to get more information about the different offers and once because my daughter put the box into airplane mode and I had no idea what happened. They reacted in no time (even on a Sunday - guys you’re allowed to have work life balance), were very helpful and so friendly. Product itself is the greatest kids player I know of. Thank you.
