GBJooki Rocks! I got a Jooki for my son a couple years ago. He absolutely loves it. I love that he can listen to music and stories without a screen. Recently I had trouble connecting to the Jooki. I emailed customer support and within a day I had the answer. My Jooki was in airplane mode. After following the advice of the service email I'm back up and running. Can't recommend Jooki enough.

DEBest Music Box for Kids A few years ago we were looking for an alternative to the Toniebox and found Jooki. (We’re from Germany) It’s Great that you can use it as a toddler and as a Teenager because of the Functions and the Look. We have the 1st and the 2nd generation and both work well and the Customer Service does a fantastic job. We always recommend the box when friends are thinking about a music box for their Kids.

GBUnable to get refund I purchased 2 Jooki units as seen on GMA steals and deals promotions. I was not satisfied with the units as they did not meet expectations for Christmas gifts for 2 grandchildren. Poor volume. Multiply attempts to request information for return and refund with no results.

DECustomer Service is 100% We have had our Jooki for over 2 years and love it for its flexibility and well thought out design. We recently had an issue with wifi connectivity and Jooki responded within an afternoon to help us solve our problem. Not our first experience with them and as always, absolutely fantastic customer service! Great company 👌

DEGreat product, great service! I have contacted the customer service twice. Once before buying to get more information about the different offers and once because my daughter put the box into airplane mode and I had no idea what happened. They reacted in no time (even on a Sunday - guys you’re allowed to have work life balance), were very helpful and so friendly. Product itself is the greatest kids player I know of. Thank you.
