NZExcellent purchase We really love our Jooki! Even my 12 month old enjoys playing with it and the mechanism is forgiving enough she can get it to work. Really cool set up. Love that we can control the max volume and that the kids can move to the next song by themselves. My only tiny complaint is that we've occasionally had trouble setting it up and connecting to wifi but we've been moving a lot so regularly it wouldn't be so bothersome. Overall it's an excellent purchase!

DEKids love their Jookis We were looking for an alternative for the Tonie boxes, since we do not want to buy new Tonies all the time. We are really glad that we found Jooki which can easily be linked to our Spotify family account, so we can change the playlist whenever the kids want. Besides, the support team is super ... quick responses, easy tricks to help and they even found a solution for an out off warranty issue. We can only recommend these music players!

CAGreat Product & Customer Service We've had our Jooki for 2+ years and the kids still love it! We recently had an issue connecting to it, but Customer Service was a great help! And it's working again, no problem. Turns out one of the kids had accidentally put it on airplane mode, which you never would have known just by looking at it. The fix was super easy, but I never would have thought of it on my own. To anyone who has left a bad review ... have you tried contacting Customer Service directly? They are so helpful!

DEBest Music Box for Kids A few years ago we were looking for an alternative to the Toniebox and found Jooki. (We’re from Germany) It’s Great that you can use it as a toddler and as a Teenager because of the Functions and the Look. We have the 1st and the 2nd generation and both work well and the Customer Service does a fantastic job. We always recommend the box when friends are thinking about a music box for their Kids.

GBDoes not work. Should have read other reviews. This device is non functioning. I’m a techie software developer and I couldn’t get it working. The player does not connect to my device. When trying to connect, the options in the iPhone settings app do not match what the Jooki app is saying. The connection steps very quickly just display, “sorry, contact Customer support”. In the state that it’s in right now, there’s no way to turn it off. (Except letting the battery run dead.) There’s no reset button. What I have is a big blue paper weight. I should have read the App Store reviews before purchasing it and 2 sets of tags.
