Outstanding Service and Product Support! My sons Jooki was having some problems. I reached out to customer service and not only were they extremely quick and helpful, but they made me feel like they wanted the issue fixed as bad as my son did! When we couldn't get the issue resolved, they replaced the unit! To say that we were pleased would be an understatement. After receiving the new Jooki, we ordered another one for our daughter's upcoming birthday! 10/10 would recommend!

Jooki Rocks! I got a Jooki for my son a couple years ago. He absolutely loves it. I love that he can listen to music and stories without a screen. Recently I had trouble connecting to the Jooki. I emailed customer support and within a day I had the answer. My Jooki was in airplane mode. After following the advice of the service email I'm back up and running. Can't recommend Jooki enough.

Great Product & Customer Service We've had our Jooki for 2+ years and the kids still love it! We recently had an issue connecting to it, but Customer Service was a great help! And it's working again, no problem. Turns out one of the kids had accidentally put it on airplane mode, which you never would have known just by looking at it. The fix was super easy, but I never would have thought of it on my own. To anyone who has left a bad review ... have you tried contacting Customer Service directly? They are so helpful!

Excellent purchase We really love our Jooki! Even my 12 month old enjoys playing with it and the mechanism is forgiving enough she can get it to work. Really cool set up. Love that we can control the max volume and that the kids can move to the next song by themselves. My only tiny complaint is that we've occasionally had trouble setting it up and connecting to wifi but we've been moving a lot so regularly it wouldn't be so bothersome. Overall it's an excellent purchase!

Kids love their Jookis We were looking for an alternative for the Tonie boxes, since we do not want to buy new Tonies all the time. We are really glad that we found Jooki which can easily be linked to our Spotify family account, so we can change the playlist whenever the kids want. Besides, the support team is super ... quick responses, easy tricks to help and they even found a solution for an out off warranty issue. We can only recommend these music players!
