DECustomer Service is 100% We have had our Jooki for over 2 years and love it for its flexibility and well thought out design. We recently had an issue with wifi connectivity and Jooki responded within an afternoon to help us solve our problem. Not our first experience with them and as always, absolutely fantastic customer service! Great company 👌

BEGreat device, amazing service ! We have been using Jooki play for 2 -3 years now and we love the possibilité we have to listen to music we like without using our phones, just being there with the children or them using it by themselves. Customer service is AWESOME! I have had a couple of setting issues (I am not very good with tech advices… my fault !) and I have ALWAYS had a human answer (this has become rare nowadays..) and very quick, the same or the next day. Thank you Jooki team, your work is great, your service is incredible!

GBOutstanding Service and Product Support! My sons Jooki was having some problems. I reached out to customer service and not only were they extremely quick and helpful, but they made me feel like they wanted the issue fixed as bad as my son did! When we couldn't get the issue resolved, they replaced the unit! To say that we were pleased would be an understatement. After receiving the new Jooki, we ordered another one for our daughter's upcoming birthday! 10/10 would recommend!

CAGreat Product & Customer Service We've had our Jooki for 2+ years and the kids still love it! We recently had an issue connecting to it, but Customer Service was a great help! And it's working again, no problem. Turns out one of the kids had accidentally put it on airplane mode, which you never would have known just by looking at it. The fix was super easy, but I never would have thought of it on my own. To anyone who has left a bad review ... have you tried contacting Customer Service directly? They are so helpful!

GBExcellent product combined with… Excellent product combined with excellent customer service. We’ve had our Jooki for around 3years now and it’s still a firm favourite option for my children to play with/enjoy. We recently had some connection issues due to a house move and new Wi-Fi, the Jooki IT support team were on hand to provide help with getting it up and running again when I could not figure it out for myself! Today it is now fixed and I’d forgotten how well loved our Jooki is! Thanks Team Jooki :)
