GBUnable to get refund I purchased 2 Jooki units as seen on GMA steals and deals promotions. I was not satisfied with the units as they did not meet expectations for Christmas gifts for 2 grandchildren. Poor volume. Multiply attempts to request information for return and refund with no results.

GBPurchased a Jooki last year … Purchased a Jooki last year and loved it. Had an issue with charging within the year and customer service was great. We received our replacement and my kiddo is so happy to have it back. Will be purchasing another for younger kids soon.
