Poor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.

Mr Reynold Jimenez Mr. Reynold Jimenez was very informative, knew his job well and was EXCELLENT in handling my concerns. He is a very busy person but handles his business "even when sick" and that say's something about his great character and business ethics. He represents his company well as does his coworker Maria Acosta with follow up's on Rey's behalf when he is unavailable. My sincere Thanks to you !!!
