Poor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.

I finally got my drone working again… I finally got my drone working again thanks to the good effort of Maria Luisa, who answered my mail prompt every time within 12 hours. To bad she had to depend on the person who had to write a three line letter to get my drone working again. This took for ever (several weeks). Maria Luisa had to defend this person's lack of enthusiasm and apologize for it. But after all she managed to get me the letter and my drone is fixed. If it was for her I gave this review 5 stars, the whole experience 2 stars.

They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition.
