Amazon doesn’t have the price protection they used to but when I contacted the seller I was taken care of promptly. Belle responded quickly to my questions and made things right! Fantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful. Poor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.
