They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. Fantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful.
