Amazon doesn’t have the price protection they used to but when I contacted the seller I was taken care of promptly. Belle responded quickly to my questions and made things right! Great Customer Service We had a problem with our Cuisinart 12 cup coffee center in which the lid was broken and the back had a crack in it. We contacted Dane and Maria from Beach Camera Same Day Shipping and they were outstanding. Unfortunately they were unable to replace my coffee center but they returned my full refund payment but the extraordinary thing they did was they allowed my to donate the coffee center to the local volunteer fire company, who was greatly appreciated for it, since it still worked besides the cosmetic damage and lid. Other companies would have me cut the cord and throw it away or return it. It’s great to know that there still are caring and considerate people out there in today’s cutthroat and money hungry business world. Dane and Maria actually give us doubtful consumers still hope in today’s small business society. Thank you Dane and Maria for your thoughtfulness and kind act and the fire company thanks you sincerely. They will set it up for their food kitchen this coming weekend. Thank you again.

Great work by the salesperson Billy The salesperson Billy patiently and very helpfully provided me all the information I needed to make my tv purchase at the end of his and Beach Camera’s work day. And then that same evening he and Beach Camera initiated the shipping process, put the warranty in place and emailed me that both those things had been done.
