So throught the amazon contact window, we found the differences missing, but they had ran out of inventory. Based on the lack of inventory, they offered a refund to buy the missing goods based the Amazon screenshots I sent... I am extremely happy to know that still honorable companies to work with in the digital market. We got our order complete. Thanks a lot !

Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful.
