So throught the amazon contact window, we found the differences missing, but they had ran out of inventory. Based on the lack of inventory, they offered a refund to buy the missing goods based the Amazon screenshots I sent... I am extremely happy to know that still honorable companies to work with in the digital market. We got our order complete. Thanks a lot !

And then that same evening he and Beach Camera initiated the shipping process, put the warranty in place and emailed me that both those things had been done.

Amazon doesn’t have the price protection they used to but when I contacted the seller I was taken care of promptly. Belle responded quickly to my questions and made things right! GBFantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful. They responded to my requests immediately, were very customer-driven, friendly and professional. Full marks!

GBExcellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.
