I finally got my drone working again… I finally got my drone working again thanks to the good effort of Maria Luisa, who answered my mail prompt every time within 12 hours. To bad she had to depend on the person who had to write a three line letter to get my drone working again. This took for ever (several weeks). Maria Luisa had to defend this person's lack of enthusiasm and apologize for it. But after all she managed to get me the letter and my drone is fixed. If it was for her I gave this review 5 stars, the whole experience 2 stars.

Amazon doesn’t have the price protection they used to but when I contacted the seller I was taken care of promptly. Belle responded quickly to my questions and made things right! Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful.
