Excellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.

So throught the amazon contact window, we found the differences missing, but they had ran out of inventory. Based on the lack of inventory, they offered a refund to buy the missing goods based the Amazon screenshots I sent...
