Excellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.

Fantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful.
