Fantastic customer service Fast, efficient, responsive and highly professional. My order (through Amazon) was shipped in double-quick time and was delivered a day early 👍🏼. Unfortunately Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. I was able to track it down and took possession of the shipment the same day. In the mean time, the team at Beach Camera were very helpful. They responded to my requests immediately, were very customer-driven, friendly and professional. Full marks!

They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. I finally got my drone working again… I finally got my drone working again thanks to the good effort of Maria Luisa, who answered my mail prompt every time within 12 hours. To bad she had to depend on the person who had to write a three line letter to get my drone working again. This took for ever (several weeks). Maria Luisa had to defend this person's lack of enthusiasm and apologize for it. But after all she managed to get me the letter and my drone is fixed. If it was for her I gave this review 5 stars, the whole experience 2 stars.
