GBGreat Customer Service We had a problem with our Cuisinart 12 cup coffee center in which the lid was broken and the back had a crack in it. We contacted Dane and Maria from Beach Camera Same Day Shipping and they were outstanding. Unfortunately they were unable to replace my coffee center but they returned my full refund payment but the extraordinary thing they did was they allowed my to donate the coffee center to the local volunteer fire company, who was greatly appreciated for it, since it still worked besides the cosmetic damage and lid. Other companies would have me cut the cord and throw it away or return it. It’s great to know that there still are caring and considerate people out there in today’s cutthroat and money hungry business world. Dane and Maria actually give us doubtful consumers still hope in today’s small business society. Thank you Dane and Maria for your thoughtfulness and kind act and the fire company thanks you sincerely. They will set it up for their food kitchen this coming weekend. Thank you again.

They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. GBExcellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.
