They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. So if your looking for a great deal check him our. P s.. Great experience!!

GBSUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE The description on the amazon was not corresponding to the picture shown, and they shipment was also missing some parts. So throught the amazon contact window, we found the differences missing, but they had ran out of inventory. Based on the lack of inventory, they offered a refund to buy the missing goods based the Amazon screenshots I sent... I am extremely happy to know that still honorable companies to work with in the digital market. We got our order complete. Thanks a lot !

GBCommunication Breakdown Purchased an item online on January 1. Received a confirmation email of my order same day. I expected it to arrive in 2-4 weeks. I needed it by the middle of this month (February). Six weeks went by and no communication from them since January 1. I called Customer Service today. Employee was very nice and helpful. My item has not been in stock since the time of my order and there was no indication in Customer Service as to when, or IF, the item would be restocked. I think a courtesy email on January 1 or 2 to let me know the item was out of stock and subsequent updates would have been standard for any retail company. (I was able to find a similar item elsewhere and it will arrive tomorrow, well in time for my business trip.) I asked for a refund and she said she'd put in a request. First time doing business with this company and last time doing business with this company. When I'm spending my money, effective communication is my number one expectation regarding customer service and you guys dropped the ball on that one. Your overall review rate is good so perhaps this was a one-time glitch.
