So throught the amazon contact window, we found the differences missing, but they had ran out of inventory. Based on the lack of inventory, they offered a refund to buy the missing goods based the Amazon screenshots I sent... Poor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.
