They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! Excellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.

Great work by the salesperson Billy The salesperson Billy patiently and very helpfully provided me all the information I needed to make my tv purchase at the end of his and Beach Camera’s work day. And then that same evening he and Beach Camera initiated the shipping process, put the warranty in place and emailed me that both those things had been done.
