BQI finally got my drone working again⦠I finally got my drone working again thanks to the good effort of Maria Luisa, who answered my mail prompt every time within 12 hours. To bad she had to depend on the person who had to write a three line letter to get my drone working again. This took for ever (several weeks). Maria Luisa had to defend this person's lack of enthusiasm and apologize for it. But after all she managed to get me the letter and my drone is fixed. If it was for her I gave this review 5 stars, the whole experience 2 stars.

GBMy experience was the best possible⦠My experience was the best possible experience. This company is the best ever. They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. So if your looking for a great deal check him our. P s.. Great experience!!

GBExcellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.
