GBPoor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.

GBGreat Customer Service We had a problem with our Cuisinart 12 cup coffee center in which the lid was broken and the back had a crack in it. We contacted Dane and Maria from Beach Camera Same Day Shipping and they were outstanding. Unfortunately they were unable to replace my coffee center but they returned my full refund payment but the extraordinary thing they did was they allowed my to donate the coffee center to the local volunteer fire company, who was greatly appreciated for it, since it still worked besides the cosmetic damage and lid. Other companies would have me cut the cord and throw it away or return it. It’s great to know that there still are caring and considerate people out there in today’s cutthroat and money hungry business world. Dane and Maria actually give us doubtful consumers still hope in today’s small business society. Thank you Dane and Maria for your thoughtfulness and kind act and the fire company thanks you sincerely. They will set it up for their food kitchen this coming weekend. Thank you again.

BQI finally got my drone working again… I finally got my drone working again thanks to the good effort of Maria Luisa, who answered my mail prompt every time within 12 hours. To bad she had to depend on the person who had to write a three line letter to get my drone working again. This took for ever (several weeks). Maria Luisa had to defend this person's lack of enthusiasm and apologize for it. But after all she managed to get me the letter and my drone is fixed. If it was for her I gave this review 5 stars, the whole experience 2 stars.
