Excellent Customer service by Reymond. I got a defective TV unit, raised the issue to Buydig and they were quick to respond, Reymond J. was excellent and very helpful, He contacted the manufacturer and got approval for a replacement unit. Defective unit is being shipped back to the manufacturer as I am typing this review, will provide update once I receive the replacement. Also, Shout out to Maria and Angela for quick response. Update: Got the replacement TV 16th Jan, Looking good (delays possibly due to holidays). Thanks again Reymond to stay on top of it.

They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. Poor Warehouse Staff - Autel MaxiCharger Ordered the Autel MaxiCharger Home Smart Level 2 Charger with in-Body Holster twice (10/11 and 10/27) from BuyDig. Both times I was sent the version with the separate holster. Buydig could not explain what the issue was as if you model numbers were on the boxes and they could have been verified in warehouse prior to shipping. Now I had to spend more on another charger and pay another fee for electrician to come back again and install.
