They Bend over backwards to help resolve any issues if there are any to be resolved. I mean you write to them and I swear they respond right away. Amazing!! I recommend buying from this guy forsure!! I really had no issues at all. There was a refund involved it was no issue. But refund was in hand as promised. You guys got to buy this drone it's soooooo awesome. I got it in perfect new condition. Great work by the salesperson Billy The salesperson Billy patiently and very helpfully provided me all the information I needed to make my tv purchase at the end of his and Beach Camera’s work day. And then that same evening he and Beach Camera initiated the shipping process, put the warranty in place and emailed me that both those things had been done.
