Ben the Great… Today Benjamin helped me with my internet and got a hotspot started for my and my gf who needed it for college. We are waiting for a modem. Great help getting us set up for now.

Friendly & Fast! My tech, Benjamin, was extremely friendly, prompt, personable, and helpful. He got my issue resolved in about 30 minutes - and half that was because I was doing chores while I helped him with reconfiguring wires on the router.

worst internet provider i have ever had the worst internet provider i have ever had in my entire life.!!!! forced by apt. complex to purchase.... super slow connection speed WHEN it is working.... service has been down 10 times in 5 months... this last outage is now over 20 hours in length.... poor customer service.... $60/mo. for 24 megs download speed.... pitiful.!!!!
