GBworst internet provider i have ever had the worst internet provider i have ever had in my entire life.!!!! forced by apt. complex to purchase.... super slow connection speed WHEN it is working.... service has been down 10 times in 5 months... this last outage is now over 20 hours in length.... poor customer service.... $60/mo. for 24 megs download speed.... pitiful.!!!!

GBXiber customer support is top tier Benjamin was IT support for me as well as the first person I talked to through Xiber. for me from initial start up of the service, I have never had such knowledgeable and competent support from previous internet providers. I’m excited to try the service for the first time and know I will be good hands if I run into any problems in the future.

GBCustomer service representative Customer service representative, Elizabeth, Dayna from customer service on the phone/text and the Technician that was sent to my apartment (Nick) were all extremely helpful, professional and you could just tell they genuinely cared about my situation. There were different engineers at Xiber that created temporary work and passwords and then there was a router issue that was causing issues inside at my apartment after about a week of having issues a technician was sent out name Nick who fixed everything and was very helpful in helping with getting me connected on my laptop TV, and helping out with downloading the Roku TV app so he just went like the extra mile to get everything expedited in a timely manner even though he had been doing this for years it was like he figured out some of the other issues that Was causing other issues with connection. I’ve been in Customer Service management for many years and was so impressed with the whole team at Xiber . Hi FIVE everybody at Xiber!!! Thank you Mr Arnett

GBOde to Ben's Patience I'll admit, I came in giving Ben a bunch of sh** --- mainly because I'm being forced onto your service by my apartment complex. However, he was professional and answered all of my questions, and honestly showed why he's well built for the position he's in. I appreciate your effort Ben and look forward to trying your service out when my landlord rips all of Spectrum's coax out of the walls.
