GBOde to Ben's Patience I'll admit, I came in giving Ben a bunch of sh** --- mainly because I'm being forced onto your service by my apartment complex. However, he was professional and answered all of my questions, and honestly showed why he's well built for the position he's in. I appreciate your effort Ben and look forward to trying your service out when my landlord rips all of Spectrum's coax out of the walls.

GBworst internet provider i have ever had the worst internet provider i have ever had in my entire life.!!!! forced by apt. complex to purchase.... super slow connection speed WHEN it is working.... service has been down 10 times in 5 months... this last outage is now over 20 hours in length.... poor customer service.... $60/mo. for 24 megs download speed.... pitiful.!!!!

I had a support ticket left completely unassigned and without response for over a month. However, once I was able to find time to try a phone call, Benjamin took my call and was incredible to work with.
