GBOde to Ben's Patience I'll admit, I came in giving Ben a bunch of sh** --- mainly because I'm being forced onto your service by my apartment complex. However, he was professional and answered all of my questions, and honestly showed why he's well built for the position he's in. I appreciate your effort Ben and look forward to trying your service out when my landlord rips all of Spectrum's coax out of the walls.

GBYet another Xiber outage Yet another outage that Xiber just can't seem to fix for the second day in a row. I have no other options for Internet and am forced to pay them each month by my landlord. Xiber has also failed to provide promised speeds of 250Mbps up and down since last November. Tech support has no idea why. There seems to be no state regulatory agency to report Xiber to either.

GBGreat service! I had a call with Benjamin about my residential Wi-Fi being spotty, and he was very friendly, patient, and professional! He quickly helped solve my problem (hopefully), and texted my phone to give me a way to contact Xiber quickly next time I have a Wi-Fi issue. Very happy with the customer service he provided!
