GBFirst time ordering a refurbished… First time ordering a refurbished laptop from CompTechDirect. Package was delivered on time with lots of packaging airbags. However, the laptop box was torn from sides and was retaped. Anyway, contents inside were complete and all good. It came with Windows 10 Canadian French, but I'm savvy enough to get in and reset and upgrade to Windows 11 US English without any problems. Overall, got what was described.

GBI love the size of the laptop I love the size of the laptop, but haven't set it up let. Had some delivery issues with Fedex, but i received it this morning. I left home this morning and when i returned it was on the porch; i was told by Fedex that the original Saturday delivery would be changed to Monday so i went shopping Saturday but when i returned home a note from Fedex was on my door saying they came by and that i needed to sign for the package so they said they would come back Monday, but they dropped it off this morning without a signature. I have the package now so im cool.
