Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future. Super router! Super router! Style: Netgear / Nighthawk This router made all the difference in our WiFi. It was super easy to set up and, after setup gave us blazingly fast internet access. Wish I had gotten it years ago. It was highly recommended to us by our provider. And specially when I called Comptechdirect for their suggestion the best customer service I have experienced!!! I will definitely comeback to Comptechdirect !!

I will state that you must be home to sign for the shipment so if you need to arrange for the shipment to be picked up at a local facility then reach out to CompTech before delivery and schedule your pickup. They were extremely fast to respond.

Pleasantly Surprised I was honestly a little hesitant about ordering from CompTechDirect as I have never ordered from them before and the reviews were mixed. My experience was perfect. I placed the order online received an immediate confirmation. I was then sent shipping information a day later and my package arrived a day early. How about that. Great hob CompTechDirect!
