They definitely held up their end of the bargain I have several classes coming up that require things like Solidworks, the Adobe stack, etc., and needed a 'heavyweight' Win10 machine, so I chose this. The unit was sensibly priced for what it is (active pen support that works in both Win10 and Linux, a 3k display, a GPU capable of 10 bit colour, and 32 GB -socketed- RAM is a rare find in a laptop), arrived on the promised delivery date, and wad securely wrapped and packaged, in spotless condition, and runs like a charm. I am impressed with both the huge strides HP has made in build quality, and with this vendor's ability to follow through on commitments, even in the middle of year end holidays and a pandemic. If I have to get more computer/IT stuff later this year (perhaps an eGPU enclosure) I would definitely consider doing business with them again.

I will state that you must be home to sign for the shipment so if you need to arrange for the shipment to be picked up at a local facility then reach out to CompTech before delivery and schedule your pickup. They were extremely fast to respond.

I love the size of the laptop I love the size of the laptop, but haven't set it up let. Had some delivery issues with Fedex, but i received it this morning. I left home this morning and when i returned it was on the porch; i was told by Fedex that the original Saturday delivery would be changed to Monday so i went shopping Saturday but when i returned home a note from Fedex was on my door saying they came by and that i needed to sign for the package so they said they would come back Monday, but they dropped it off this morning without a signature. I have the package now so im cool.

So far so good So far so good. I've had the laptop for about a week and it seems to work as if it were new. Sent the support email a few questions before I purchased it and they responded same day. Laptop arrived in a fairly secure box the day after I ordered it. Hope it keeps working well, only downside is 3-month warranty.
