Because I found your Customer Care person so supportive and helpful, I did not purchase an item elsewhere. I decided to try and again. I am happy that I did. Not only were you able to help me find a better unit, with more bells and whistles so to speak the price was still very reasonable. Further, as told the item arrived on time, if not earlier than expected. I am very pleased to have found this company and I will certainly seek them out as a first choice in the future. My printer arrived damaged My printer arrived damaged. It did not complete the initial setup. Seller refunded my purchase, but I had to ship back the unit at my own expenses, which were not insignificant, being this a fairly bulky item. I did not read their return policy ahead of time. I just assumed my shopping experience would be on par with other well established online merchants where free returns for any reason are a given.
