GBEfficient and Reliable The set up time is very fast. Once we got used to the tight positioning of the cable at the bottom, we could set up our meeting anywhere in just under 3 minutes. We also purchased a 3rd party carry case that helped in the portability of the device but it made it quite heavy.

GBGreat service, wonderful product As a company that does business with multiple vendors and customers, we needed a video conferencing camera that would provide us with reliable meetings. After extensive research, we found Coolpo and it's been better than anything else on the market. Every little update comes out, I feel like they're listening to our feedback and improving on it! One thing to change would be the USB cable. I wish it was longer. We simply asked them to provide us with a longer one and they literally delivered.

JPGot several for my staff We tested out one of these to see if it can handle our hybrid meetings. For the price, it’s wonderfully surprising to have so many features and the quality is outstanding too! The upgrade on their software really amazed us. It solved the audio problem we were initially having. They had more frequent updates since. During this time, I’m assuming the software is more stable and therefore more reliable. We have purchased 7 more for our remote sites and meeting rooms.
