GBGood product update Improve for taller meeting participants First I want to say, this is a great idea, and it has been a worthwhile purchase. But even for local video recording (not using any video conferencing platform), the picture quality is quite basic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it was smart enough to look a little higher for tall people. The other thing I don't like is the short cord. GBSimply the Best I am in the retail business, and I manage a store in one of the busiest malls in the city. I can't tell you how many video conferencing cameras I have tested over the years, but Coolpo is definitely my favorite. It's reliable, has good aftersales service, and is secure. The quality is also much better than most other business webcams out there.
