Good product update Improve for taller meeting participants First I want to say, this is a great idea, and it has been a worthwhile purchase. But even for local video recording (not using any video conferencing platform), the picture quality is quite basic. The only complaint I have is that it would be nice if it was smart enough to look a little higher for tall people. The other thing I don't like is the short cord. I will be purchasing a longer cord for this

Simply the Best I am in the retail business, and I manage a store in one of the busiest malls in the city. I can't tell you how many video conferencing cameras I have tested over the years, but Coolpo is definitely my favorite. It's reliable, has good aftersales service, and is secure. The quality is also much better than most other business webcams out there.

Amazing experience The first time I witnessed a meeting using a 360 conference camera, I just knew I had to buy one for my team. It makes you feel like part of the team. Unlike having traditional zoom meetings with individual people on each screen, it’s like being face to face with everyone.

Wireless device? It’s so difficult to plug the USB and power cables! I thought it was broken but the customer service was kind enough to explain that it was just a matter of pushing the USB cord further until I hear a click sound. They should think of a better way to connect it to my computer, maybe go wireless or something.

Very satisfied ! It was really useful to be able to have the main video automatically concentrate in on the speaker. My team enjoys...being able to communicate directly with the team on the other side rather than having to peer around the backs of people's heads. It's difficult to put into words how much better a dynamic meeting video can be when using the PANA; it's like having a multi-camera television studio in your conference room.
