GBTerrible customer service despite multiple complaints Terrible customer service. My website has been listed as not secure for weeks, despite purchasing and installing two separate SSL certificates. The company initially responded to my inquiries and then stopped. I can not get help via live chat or email. A customer service representative reached out in response to my review to "gather information" and disappeared. Stay away from this hosting service.

GBA chat experience that I didn’t hate I hate not being able to speak with someone on the phone… but we all see the future in chat and sometimes that’s scary, but not what th this experience. Chat bots are the worst, I could tell I had someone behind the screen (if it’s a chat bot please don’t tell me). Very helpful and expedient, didn’t ask dumb questions that I’ve already tried… good chat experience.

CAI cannot log in my account for months and losing my domains I cannot log in my account for months. Contacted customer support multiple times, tried out different solutions on my side, didn't work. They promised a fix on their end twice but weeks after I still cannot log in. Worst part is that my domain is expiring. I asked to get the authorization code twice to transfer my domains to renew them, but still, the promised email with the codes never arrive. I'm really disappointed with their customer support and their system seems very broken. I don't know how to fix it and it's really exhausting for me as the domain owner. At least give me my authorization code. This isn't hard right???
