USA chat experience that I didn’t hate I hate not being able to speak with someone on the phone… but we all see the future in chat and sometimes that’s scary, but not what th this experience. Chat bots are the worst, I could tell I had someone behind the screen (if it’s a chat bot please don’t tell me). Very helpful and expedient, didn’t ask dumb questions that I’ve already tried… good chat experience.
