Every inquiry to Heatbit has been answered with placating word salad replies on how you will be updated on shipping, and how you are high on the shipping priority. None of that seems to be true. It is only a delay tactic to put one off. Now they are doing the same thing after I asked for a refund. Their customer service is only a AI computer generated quasi-human. No human will correspond with you, and they refuse to talk with you on a phone, or via email. This company seems more and more like a scam/con-job!

Sleek, Simple and Solid performance Simple to use, quick customer support and the APP is very straightforward. Main issue so far has been connectivity issues after firmware updates and having to manually resync my heatbit to the app. But that will pass I'm sure. As far as performance, it was perfect for this past winter being in the north east. Only gripe is the remote feature in the app to cycle through power modes was initially to be rolled out in February 2023. Once that is up and running, it will be even more convenient to use. I would recommend for those who want a more realistic price entry into Bitcoin mining.

Great Heater This is a great heater for anyone to use especially during the winter time when temperatures really drop! It may look small, but the Heatbit Machine will keep you nice in warm while saving you some money on your heating bill! For those concern about noise with their heaters, this heater is nice and quiet so you won't have to worry about it's sound one bit! Another exciting thing about the Heatbit Heater too is it may make you a little bit of money in Bitcoin if you're into investing in Bitcoin as well!

Pre Sale still WAITING for my product I did get in on a pre sale launch .Still nothing ,product seems to be exciting I sure hope That I receive it soon I pre paid in full .I have emailed them several times many excuse and delays. Just be cautious PEOPLE. I could also use the byproduct of the heat as well as we are experiencing a very cold winter here in Canada. Fingers crossed.
