GBSlow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

GB$3500 projector was in stock… Said the $3500 projector was in stock on the website. Took 4 days to find out it wasn't in stock actually for another 4 months. Took another 5 days to get a refund. Also never received an order status email when I first placed the order. Horrendous experience!

GBI placed order for a projector I placed order for a projector. Contacted Projector SuperStore and they said that unfortunately it was back ordered and will not be available for a month. They offered advise on which other model would be close in specs and quality. however i wanted this particular one and canceled my order. Refund was done the same day. in the future for projector needs this is my place.
