Absurd Shipping Charges after Order placed When proceeded to order it was clearly stated that products selected were eligible for Free Shipping. To my surprise I just received an email with an 'updated' Shipping quote for $170, which I find absurd. Thinking of cancelling the order.

I placed order for a projector I placed order for a projector. Contacted Projector SuperStore and they said that unfortunately it was back ordered and will not be available for a month. They offered advise on which other model would be close in specs and quality. however i wanted this particular one and canceled my order. Refund was done the same day. in the future for projector needs this is my place.

Great Service So far my experience with Projector SuperStore has been nothing short of amazing. I found a projector that was selling for much less than other offers I could find - and I looked at dozens of retailers. Also, due to my own error, I made some mistakes in the checkout process and I was disappointed I could not apply a discount I had found...not only did their service team fix the problem I made, but they credited me a discount as well! Light Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.
