Slow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

The Projector Super Store gets 5 stars… The Projector Super Store gets 5 stars from me regarding a projector replacement lamp. My Optoma needed a new bulb. I purchased online at another outlet and it failed within a month. I discovered the Super Store and discovered that they carry the genuine optoma replacement lamps at a very reasonable price. The bulb, the wattage, etc. is exactly what my projector required. It arrived at my door super fast and was packed in a factory Optoma container. The brightness and color clarity match exactly how it was when the projector was new. I am so glad I discovered the Projector Super Store and highly recommend. THANKS !

Ultra Fast and Cheaper Than Expected! I had 2 projectors go out in a church auditorium when the bulbs in both hit the 4000 hour mark simultaneously. Being in a pinch and needing them working by the weekend, I came across Projector Superstore. Their shipping was ultra fast and their communication was excellent.
