But much more importantly, when there were problems with shipping, their whole team was incredibly helpful and communicative and eventually got the product to us. Slow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

Absurd Shipping Charges after Order placed When proceeded to order it was clearly stated that products selected were eligible for Free Shipping. To my surprise I just received an email with an 'updated' Shipping quote for $170, which I find absurd. Thinking of cancelling the order.

Purchased out of stock product, CS made up for it I purchased a product that was advertised on their site. I only found out a day after the purchase that they had no stock of the item. They quickly refunded me, and offered to match the price with another (superior) model for my trouble. I opted out of that purchase however was very happy with the customer service. 4 stars because they should be keeping their site up to date with their current stock situation.
