Great Service So far my experience with Projector SuperStore has been nothing short of amazing. I found a projector that was selling for much less than other offers I could find - and I looked at dozens of retailers. Also, due to my own error, I made some mistakes in the checkout process and I was disappointed I could not apply a discount I had found...not only did their service team fix the problem I made, but they credited me a discount as well! These people are just amazing. Thank you!

Slow Processing Time. In the age of quick ecommerce fulfillment and Amazon. 3 days to process an order is an eternity. Order still has yet to ship. Order confirmation emails recieved a day after order submission. With all of the options to shop online, turn around time should be much quicker. Thanks.

The one we chose initially was backordered and delayed, but our contact suggested a comparable projector that could arrive in three days. It did! Great service.

Light Bulb Moment It has been several years since using Projector Superstore. But what I do remember are descent prices, and receiving the items when I needed them. I do remember receiving a replacement bulb that only lasted a very short period of time. I eventually got a replacement for that bulb, but it did not initially come easily.
