GBThe internal battery failed to keep a charge The internal battery failed to keep a charge longer than 30 - 45 minutes. I took my laptop in to Best Buy where I have tech support and they ran a diagnostics on my laptop and said that the internal battery failed. They gave me another company where I could purchase one since Acer doesn't carry them for my laptop and they would install it.

GBAvoid at all cost. Battery didn't even lasted for a week. The battery isn't even a geniune manufactured battery. They actually mask it up with tape to prevent themselves from being sued. I have this odd 0% bug where I can't turn off nor work on my laptop without having it being plug in. I tried every geek tricks on the web but nothing fixed. Also, my device detects random unknown trojan virus's that wasn't even there to begin with. Shipping took way to long, approximately more than 3 weeks it took for me. Not worth the money, learned my lesson.

GBSo far the battery charges quickly and holds it well. So far the battery charges quickly and holds the charge for quite a while. Also, I believe that it was very helpful to suggest to eliminate static electricity. I live in a very dry climate a I'm always getting shocked by static electricity. I sprayed some static eliminator around the work area, the package and my hands prior to installation which I feel made a difference.

GBHP Spectre x360 Shipping took 10 days instead of the 3 to 7 as advertised. The battery seems OK but I ended up having to twist the connector around opposite of how it comes in order to have the laptop recognize the battery. Hopefully it will last. Haven't tested yet how long it will go not being plugged in.
