I took my laptop in to Best Buy where I have tech support and they ran a diagnostics on my laptop and said that the internal battery failed. They gave me another company where I could purchase one since Acer doesn't carry them for my laptop and they would install it.

Lenovo Think Pad They had the battery for my computer, which is older and it was shipped promptly and delivered on time. It was relatively easy to install the battery once I got over the fear of opening my laptop and messing things up. The screw drivers that came with the battery were helpful.

The first good battery I've gotten in a long time. I used to buy, refurbish, and resell older Dell XPS-15 laptops. I quit because I couldn't get good batteries anywhere. They were all crap and most of the time I couldn't even get refunds. The battery I just got from you is the first one I've ever gotten that has ZERO wear, i.e., 100% capacity and holes that line up perfectly. It's only been a few hours since it finished charging but I'm impressed. I hadn't planned to resell this particular laptop but I can if I want to. The only thing I'd do differently is to use a shipping service other than DHL. Their tracking sucks and I've had many problems with them in the past.

Laptopbattery/direct on point!! Laptopbattery/direct did everything right! Twice. My wife and I were both having battery issues with our ASUS Flip laptops. First I ordered mine. Received in 4 days. Installed by local guy for $15. I went back again and reordered. Same thing. Both computers are running awesomely!! Thanks Laptopbattery/direct!

Battery Replacement for HP Envy Delivery time was reasonable. Fit perfectly. Just installed. Found great video directions on install on Youtube. Computer says it is "best battery life and best performance". Hope I get long life from it.
