The first good battery I've gotten in a long time. I used to buy, refurbish, and resell older Dell XPS-15 laptops. I quit because I couldn't get good batteries anywhere. They were all crap and most of the time I couldn't even get refunds. The battery I just got from you is the first one I've ever gotten that has ZERO wear, i.e., 100% capacity and holes that line up perfectly. It's only been a few hours since it finished charging but I'm impressed. I hadn't planned to resell this particular laptop but I can if I want to. The only thing I'd do differently is to use a shipping service other than DHL. Their tracking sucks and I've had many problems with them in the past.

Avoid at all cost. Battery didn't even lasted for a week. The battery isn't even a geniune manufactured battery. They actually mask it up with tape to prevent themselves from being sued. I have this odd 0% bug where I can't turn off nor work on my laptop without having it being plug in. I tried every geek tricks on the web but nothing fixed. Also, my device detects random unknown trojan virus's that wasn't even there to begin with. Shipping took way to long, approximately more than 3 weeks it took for me. Not worth the money, learned my lesson.

Also, I believe that it was very helpful to suggest to eliminate static electricity. I live in a very dry climate a I'm always getting shocked by static electricity. I sprayed some static eliminator around the work area, the package and my hands prior to installation which I feel made a difference.

Honestly, Better Than Nothing Honestly, I bought this to replace the original battery in my HP Omen. I first had the notebook built in 2018. Had the original battery for ~5 years. Battery got drained overtime in less than 30 seconds. I installed this battery and full charged it once it was installed. I was on it running Windows Update and doing a quick scan with Windows Defender. Battery went from 96% to 61% in about 20 minutes. Setting was on "Balanced". Granted, lasted a longer than the original so it's better than nothing, but not overly thrilled with it. It was scheduled to be delivered Monday, November 27, 2023, but didn't arrive until the next day. With the cold weather (30 degrees or lower) during the week I'm sure it didn't help the battery life. That being said I cannot give more than 3 stars.

If I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero I would! I ordered a battery and paid for it and never got it. There is no phone number to call! Already emailed and sent information to them, nothing! I think they are a scam! Otherwise, I would get my paid for battery! Been over a month! Be careful and do your homework before you buy from them!
