They gave me another company where I could purchase one since Acer doesn't carry them for my laptop and they would install it.

The first good battery I've gotten in a long time. I used to buy, refurbish, and resell older Dell XPS-15 laptops. I quit because I couldn't get good batteries anywhere. They were all crap and most of the time I couldn't even get refunds. The battery I just got from you is the first one I've ever gotten that has ZERO wear, i.e., 100% capacity and holes that line up perfectly. It's only been a few hours since it finished charging but I'm impressed. I hadn't planned to resell this particular laptop but I can if I want to. The only thing I'd do differently is to use a shipping service other than DHL. Their tracking sucks and I've had many problems with them in the past.

Other than getting hung up in Chicago due to snowstorm and MLK postal holiday, battery arrived on Tuesday rather than the promised Friday. Installation took longer than it should have because OEM did not have instructions for 2016 laptop. OEM recomends calibration but their software didn't work. Battery shows 100% making wife happy again.

I can work off-grid again I've been receiving low battery warnings for a long while. The new one ordered Laptopbatterydirect came in about a week. Once I found a YouTube about how to open my laptop, it was an easy replacement. The new battery charged fully in about four hours, and now I can work off grid again.
