Battery was reliable and correct for my machine The product I got was an exact match, and two weeks in has so far worked great! The battery life has been as expected, and it's brought my computer performance back to what it was before my battery started to fail. My only complaint was the stressful shipping. They use DHL, and the battery took about 10 days to reach me with seldom updates. However, I did get it and the day of updates were accurate using USPS so overall, good experience! I recommend this place, especially because I saved a ton of money and time being able to do the replacement myself.

HP Spectre x360 Shipping took 10 days instead of the 3 to 7 as advertised. The battery seems OK but I ended up having to twist the connector around opposite of how it comes in order to have the laptop recognize the battery. Hopefully it will last. Haven't tested yet how long it will go not being plugged in.

Works Great Website was very informative and the battery I needed was available for shipping vs. being back-ordered by the OEM. Other than getting hung up in Chicago due to snowstorm and MLK postal holiday, battery arrived on Tuesday rather than the promised Friday. Installation took longer than it should have because OEM did not have instructions for 2016 laptop. OEM recomends calibration but their software didn't work. Battery shows 100% making wife happy again.

Also, I believe that it was very helpful to suggest to eliminate static electricity. I live in a very dry climate a I'm always getting shocked by static electricity. I sprayed some static eliminator around the work area, the package and my hands prior to installation which I feel made a difference.

This new battery for an amazing price… This new battery for an amazing price brought my OMEN 15 back to life! I also appreciated the detailed graphic on their site showing the small differences between the type A and B versions so I was able to order the correct version easily. I had a little problem where after I installed it, I ran a battery status check and it said it had been cycled 500 times! Of course I was upset and thought I got scammed. I emailed them, and they replied within a day, concerned and willing to work with me. I did more research and discovered that HP sometimes has an issue where it will report the wrong value for battery cycle count. The 3rd party tools I used said health was at 100%. Also, the battery data/check I ran from inside the BIOS said it had 0 cycles. Also, it's just working so much better than my old battery. Thank you!
