Review Update: they were able to replace the washer the next day to ensure it was installed correctly. Not only were we charged higher than stated, we also had no update of when the washer and dryer would arrive, and most of all it completely flooded the apartment the first time we ran the washer. No number to call to help as this is happening. Just a “we’ll get back to you.” Clearly very cheap and used washers and dryers.

Genuinely good service Washer and dryer were delivered the next day after I ordered, much earlier than I expected. Everyone I talked to was nice and helpful, and the whole installation took 10-15 minutes max. I was a bit suspicious of all the great ratings, but the service was genuinely good. Pleasant, Knowledgeable & Competitive William and his associate were professional and very pleasant during the installation of our washer and dryer rental. William knew a lot about the appliances and was good enough to share some tips of use as well. I also really appreciate them wearing masks during this difficult Covid 19 time we are all facing, it made me more at ease. I would certainly recommend them- great to work with and very competitive rental rates!
