I had an issue with a washer and Will replaced it with a better washer & I have no complaints. I would recommend their business to anyone who wants to rent appliances with great people.

Go with Premium Appliance! In my 30+ years of dealing with customer service, never have I come across someone like William and his business. Not only is this job difficult, but exhausting. Yet William takes time and care to not destroy walls or furniture or the equipment he’s delivering. His level of service is impeccable over the phone to the delivery. The machines are clean and huge! The time is taken to make sure everything works properly and you are a happy customer. I highly recommend anyone who needs appliances to give William a call!
