Super professional and trustworthy They were very quick when delivering my new rental and got back to me quickly when I had a problem with the washer! I’m very happy with their professionalism.

Frustrating, but overall fine The worst communication with this company. Very hard to reach, hard to coordinate with. The appliances that I rented (washer & dryer) operated fine for the year that I had them, but definitely were not top quality.

Made a great choice Started using them a few months ago, and nothing but good things to say! Their setup and installation was painless, and washer/dryer have worked very well. Will be recommending to others.

Review Update: they were able to replace the washer the next day to ensure it was installed correctly. Not only were we charged higher than stated, we also had no update of when the washer and dryer would arrive, and most of all it completely flooded the apartment the first time we ran the washer. No number to call to help as this is happening. Just a “we’ll get back to you.” Clearly very cheap and used washers and dryers.

Great equipment and service Install went very smoothly due to great communication from Will and team. We’ve had the machines for a couple months with no issues. Would recommend for anyone looking to rent appliances!
