GBCompany/employee lacks customer service skills. I dealt with Tamara. She was opinionated and difficult to deal with. I sent a battery for refurbish but it arrived damaged via UPS. She quickly placed blame on improper packaging. The battery was packaged tightly with multiple layers of thick newspaper. She offered no possibility of checking the actual inner workings of the battery first, before telling me that I should "try to file a claim" with UPS. She was abrupt at times . This is a terrible experience for a small Long Term Care facility.

FJGreat customer service and fast delivery I needed to get a replacement battery for my laptop computer, which is a few years old. I tried Amazon and saw Batteryheads had one, but I was unsure which exact version to order. I looked up Batteryheads on line and emailed their customer service people. I got an answer back quickly with instructions on how to determine the correct one to order. I ordered the version I wanted and received it within 2 days. This couldn't have gone better.

GBExcellent Service Batterheads.com had the digital camera batteries we need so we ordered two. We chose ground delivery because we were not in a hurry to get them, but they arrived in a week or less. We appreciate being able to order online since none of the stores in our town carry the batteries for this camera. Thank you, Batterheads.com for your excellent service and prompt delivery.
