Did not receive 2-day shipping which I paid for I needed to receive the camera battery charger before Feb 16. Therefore I paid extra for 2-day shipping and did not receive it in time for my vacation. Order was placed on Feb 12 and shipped on Feb 12 but didn't get delivered until Feb 16. That is not 2-day delivery. Very disappointed with delivery.

Great customer service and fast delivery I needed to get a replacement battery for my laptop computer, which is a few years old. I tried Amazon and saw Batteryheads had one, but I was unsure which exact version to order. I looked up Batteryheads on line and emailed their customer service people. I got an answer back quickly with instructions on how to determine the correct one to order. I ordered the version I wanted and received it within 2 days. This couldn't have gone better.
