Browsing on the web you can find many suppliers with price ranges from very high to very low. Batteryheads.com is in between and surprised me because the battery was not the usual "no brand" item you buy all over the internet. I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP … I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP laptop and the battery went dead before the warranty was up and they are refusing to replace the battery because they say the battery is discontinued by the manufacturer. Purchased battery August 27, 2016; shipped August 29th; received September 2nd. Same day shipped, RIGHT! BTW, here's the battery they say is discontinued: batteryheads .com/hp-pavilion-dv6-671731-001-replacement-battery Either way, horrible product, doesn't last, don't want to honor warranty after sale. Will not buy batteries from this company ever again. BUYERS BEWARE!

Prompt Service I originally ordered the wrong battery for my camera (I did find the array of choices confusing). My email inquiring about what steps I should take to replace it was answered probably on the same day and provided clear instructions about return. The correct battery charger was shipped promptly.
