GBBattery Purchase There was no on-going sharing of status of my purchase. I began to wonder if they had actually recorded the purchase, especially since Amazon, through whom I got in touch with Batteryheads, said that I had left my purchase in the cart! It would have been nice to let us know where the battery was - e.g., Being shipped, or at a certain point in the delivery, and when to expect it. It just suddenly appeared in my mail!

GBPrompt Service I originally ordered the wrong battery for my camera (I did find the array of choices confusing). My email inquiring about what steps I should take to replace it was answered probably on the same day and provided clear instructions about return. The correct battery charger was shipped promptly. Good company.

GBA+++++ The salesman was extremely helpful and kind!! The battery arrived the next day (we paid for the shipping) and John only had one day that the overhead lift didn't work!!! We will definitely order again!!!

GBDid not receive 2-day shipping which I paid for I needed to receive the camera battery charger before Feb 16. Therefore I paid extra for 2-day shipping and did not receive it in time for my vacation. Order was placed on Feb 12 and shipped on Feb 12 but didn't get delivered until Feb 16. That is not 2-day delivery. Very disappointed with delivery.
