Great experience This was my first experience ordering a battery from this or any other online company. It was easy to order through the website, and my battery arrived when it was supposed and in brand new condition. What more could one ask for?

I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP … I purchased a battery for a 4yr old HP laptop and the battery went dead before the warranty was up and they are refusing to replace the battery because they say the battery is discontinued by the manufacturer. Purchased battery August 27, 2016; shipped August 29th; received September 2nd. Same day shipped, RIGHT! BTW, here's the battery they say is discontinued: batteryheads .com/hp-pavilion-dv6-671731-001-replacement-battery Either way, horrible product, doesn't last, don't want to honor warranty after sale. Will not buy batteries from this company ever again. BUYERS BEWARE!

Excellent Service Batterheads.com had the digital camera batteries we need so we ordered two. We chose ground delivery because we were not in a hurry to get them, but they arrived in a week or less. Great customer service! I placed my order from this company and was shipped in a very timely manner. I never received a confirmation email, but when I called in they were extremely fast at resolving my email address issue, and were very polite and happy to help!
