I just want a good printer at a good price. NO SURPRISES!!! I placed an order on March 31, 2022. My printer still has not shipped. They blame this on where I live - Alaska: and Fullfillment by Amazon, I have called numerous times to speak with someone to get actual information beyond just these simple excuses - they will not call me back. Caveat emptor!

I was so pleased to find out I received samples to practice on with my shipment and I was satisfied with the communication from 3D wholesale and DHL. Overall, I appreciated my experience and can’t wait to play with my laser machine!

The product I received had the updates… The product I received had the updates that most did not offer. Some of those are having an updated air nozzle extra y cable for updating the laser. Sorry they sent me a comgrow z1 10 watt laser engraver. Truly a great experience.
