GBI just want a good printer at a good price. NO SURPRISES!!! I placed an order on March 31, 2022. My printer still has not shipped. They blame this on where I live - Alaska: and Fullfillment by Amazon, I have called numerous times to speak with someone to get actual information beyond just these simple excuses - they will not call me back. Caveat emptor!

GBI order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary I order sculpfun s10 extended + rotary. They shipped the machine surprisingly fast. The issue is they did not send the additions I paid for. I only got the default sculpfun s10, no rotary, no extension, even though I paid for it. I am pretty dissatisfied. I have been trying to contact support for days. They dont answer the phone, they don’t return voicemails, they haven’t returned my email, and they haven’t returned my live chat on their website. I am not sure who is managing this operation but how does one get support around here? EDIT: from 2 stars to 5. Dave responded by email and quickly made sure to get the entirety of my order shipped out. Problem is solved and everyone is happy.

GBYou can trust them! Great experience! Printer came with some defaults but not their fault the companies! Will definitely be getting my filament from here on out! Great quality compared to everywhere else! 🙏🏼 couldn’t be more happier thanks!

GBMy shipping issue was ultimately… My shipping issue was ultimately resolved; however, when given an initial tracking number, I found out a week later that it never actually shipped. Customer service encourages email correspondence, which is fine but when on the phone with a service representative, I do believe that there is a customer service responsibility to solve problems in real-time with a real person on the phone.
