GBI purchased the gweike laser machine I purchased the gweike laser machine. My shipment was delayed about a month and couple of weeks but I knew that while purchasing. I was so pleased to find out I received samples to practice on with my shipment and I was satisfied with the communication from 3D wholesale and DHL. GBThese guys are on top of it These guys are on top of it. Most definitely better customer service follow through than many other companies. I had a few questions about my order and within 36 hrs (small number of employees) they were back in contact with answers and info. Definitely recommend these guys!

GBI was skeptical about their validity I was skeptical about their validity. I emailed the organization and quickly got a very human response. I did place an order and it got my product at the best price including free shipping. I know there are real people running their business and they are more than willing to help me with any issues I may have...BUT I didnt have any...Super Duper.

GBNot anymore, These guys have to be the best I ever… By below rating was true, now not so much.. I am not a happy Camper, and i think they seem to stall at their promise, at first it seems great, till you learn they sold something that is mis represented and they they take there time trying or dealing taking care of you..as they promised..Now it will take along time to get approvals to get a refund? Why? lol..whats up with that? before they told me what I wanted to hear, so that is what I left what I said in the beginning, I will be lucky to get my money back it seems, $3k!! but I will use my apple card to fight them.. These guys have to be the best I ever seen in customer service, always there to answer questions, and on the ball when it comes to your order..above and beyond..
