GBGot some money back for broken phone After going to third party screen repair and Apple Store, eventually got recommendation to replace iPhone. Sent iPhone to Warranty Life and received "fair market value" of phone from Gazelle, minus $50 deductible. The deductible nor the amount covered not being the purchase price were not advertised when I purchased the warranty on Gazelle.

GBJay was awesome Jay was awesome! He has great customer service. He walked me through all the steps for registering my liquid screen protector. Before Jay's help I tried to figuring it out on my own with no luck. Jay pointed me to the correct app that's not listed on warranty information "asfalis". Thanks

CAI signed up just last month and then… I signed up just last month and then dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I reported my claim but they were closed, they responded the very next day. The process was quicker then expected (from drop to reimbursement about 2 weeks) and they were great about anwsering my emails. It would be better if they could pay the repair facility's directly so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement, that's the only downside, they also dont pay the taxes and theres the deductible. Either way I saved a ton of money, with the cost of repairs it just makes sense to have this insurance.

GBHorrible experience. Bought this coverage along with a phone from swappa.com. The front screen glitched out and died after about 45 days. No damage to the device at all. I put in a claim and was denied because they "don't cover mechanical issues until 90 days after purchase" and "properly working devices don't just stop working". After they stopped responding, I submitted another ticket with the same info, but said it was dropped, because I was curious if they'd actually cover that. They just closed it with a fraud warning. 24 hours between each interaction, no phone number to call, unprofessional email responses pointing to conditions that aren't stated in the terms that I got when paying for the warranty... At least I had no issue getting a full refund from Swappa.

GBWarrantyLife was easy to deal with WarrantyLife was easy to deal with. It's nice being able to go to a local store and not having to mail my phone in, especially since I live in a rural area with limited options. My only criticism is that they answer emails relatively late in the day but, besides that everything was smooth sailing.
