Excellent service I bought an EV rider electric scooter. I also purchased a three year extended warranty. Recently my battery went out and I contacted this warranty company. They answered my emails promptly and when I sent them a paid invoice for the new battery and a picture of the old battery they reimbursed me promptly via my PayPal account. Excellent service all the way around!

Jay was awesome Jay was awesome! He has great customer service. He walked me through all the steps for registering my liquid screen protector. Before Jay's help I tried to figuring it out on my own with no luck. Jay pointed me to the correct app that's not listed on warranty information "asfalis". Thanks

This company is absolute garbage This company is absolute garbage. DO NOT waste your money on their "coverage". They'll ask for multiple videos and pictures but even when you point out the issue in them they'll say they don't see anything. I'm getting a refund for this garbage and getting coverage through my carrier. I hope this company goes bankrupt. Awful experience. ***Their reply is perfect. Shows how awful they are. The device wasn't damaged prior to the warranty and Gazelle refunded me for my warranty life purchase due to their mishandling***

WarrantyLife was easy to deal with WarrantyLife was easy to deal with. It's nice being able to go to a local store and not having to mail my phone in, especially since I live in a rural area with limited options. My only criticism is that they answer emails relatively late in the day but, besides that everything was smooth sailing.

Got some money back for broken phone After going to third party screen repair and Apple Store, eventually got recommendation to replace iPhone. Sent iPhone to Warranty Life and received "fair market value" of phone from Gazelle, minus $50 deductible. The deductible nor the amount covered not being the purchase price were not advertised when I purchased the warranty on Gazelle.
