Excellent service I bought an EV rider electric scooter. I also purchased a three year extended warranty. Recently my battery went out and I contacted this warranty company. They answered my emails promptly and when I sent them a paid invoice for the new battery and a picture of the old battery they reimbursed me promptly via my PayPal account. Excellent service all the way around!

My mistake but they were great… I foolishly set my Galaxy S10+ on the floor while digging for a pan in my cupboard on Christmas Eve. A heavy stoneware item fell right on my screen blackening it.
