GBGot some money back for broken phone After going to third party screen repair and Apple Store, eventually got recommendation to replace iPhone. Sent iPhone to Warranty Life and received "fair market value" of phone from Gazelle, minus $50 deductible. The deductible nor the amount covered not being the purchase price were not advertised when I purchased the warranty on Gazelle.

GBAgreement Fulfilled Excellent communication throughout the process. I received several emails instructing me on what steps I needed to take to file my claim. Don't expect your claim to be resolved overnight, but Warranty Life pays the value of your claim as outlined in your agreement. I would not hesitate to purchase another warranty from Warranty Life. The prices are very competitive and the service works.

GBAll good till you try to cancel Tried to cancel my warranty as I changed my phone. After a few rounds of correspondence, got email confirmation that it was canceled. However, rhey kept charging the credit card and would no longer respond to emails or messages through their web site. I had to contact the credit card provider to be reimbursed.

GBRepair made easy I usually don't write reviews but working to get my screen fixed through Warranty Life was really easy. They gave me an initial payment that didn't fully cover the repair, but after I submitted my receipt/WO I got the additional refund in less than 30mins!

GB5 STAR Communication was amazing! There were no problems in getting my claim submitted and approved. Above all, I received more than what was originally given for my reimbursement on the repair of my Samsung Note 10!
