Great Company to Work With!! This company was phenomenal. I bought a used S9+ from a terrible company called Swappa (story for a different time) and decided to purchase the protection warranty for $50. Ended up dropping my phone at work the other day and filed a claim at about 2PM. I paid my deductible and selected my preferred fix location in the greater Indianapolis area. By 2 PM the next day my phone had been dropped off and repaired, in its entirety, and I picked it up without having to pay anything else out of pocket!!!
