I signed up just last month and then… I signed up just last month and then dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I reported my claim but they were closed, they responded the very next day. The process was quicker then expected (from drop to reimbursement about 2 weeks) and they were great about anwsering my emails. It would be better if they could pay the repair facility's directly so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement, that's the only downside, they also dont pay the taxes and theres the deductible. Either way I saved a ton of money, with the cost of repairs it just makes sense to have this insurance.

Couldn't be happier to have my expensive phone fixed where I want with authorized parts and have the whole thing covered (except my deductible!) Definitely keeping this product in the future!

They answered my emails promptly and when I sent them a paid invoice for the new battery and a picture of the old battery they reimbursed me promptly via my PayPal account.
