GBGreat Company to Work With!! This company was phenomenal. I bought a used S9+ from a terrible company called Swappa (story for a different time) and decided to purchase the protection warranty for $50. Ended up dropping my phone at work the other day and filed a claim at about 2PM. I paid my deductible and selected my preferred fix location in the greater Indianapolis area. By 2 PM the next day my phone had been dropped off and repaired, in its entirety, and I picked it up without having to pay anything else out of pocket!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their services. They were very communicative, professional, and detail oriented.

GB***ZERO STARS*** SCAMMERS STAY AWAY ***ZERO STARS*** SCAMMERS STAY AWAY - DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY OR A PRODUCT THAT OFFERS THEIR WARRANTY!!! This company is a total crock of crap. I purchased a KEY liquid screen protector, and it came with a 1 yr $200 GUARANTEED WARRANTY from Warranty Life. Went through and did all of the registration and tests properly and got a confirmation of warranty certificate to Jan of 2024. 7 months in, I need to file a claim, and they refuse to pay, stating they no longer offer the product that I HAVE A WARRANTY CERTIFICATE CONFRIMED FOR.

GBCut-Rate Scam Operation, Find a More Reputable Warranty Service Purchased three warranties for three separate devices. My stepdaughter dropped her phone, cracking the screen. When we filed a claim Warrantylife advised us that of all three policies, JUST the one covering her phone wasn't "registered properly" and therefore they wouldn't cover the damage, despite five months remaining on the policy. How very convenient for them. To say nothing of how poor their communications are, forget about getting someone on the phone, there isn't one, and you're lucky to get an email response within a day. Save your money and your blood pressure and shop elsewhere.

It's nice being able to go to a local store and not having to mail my phone in, especially since I live in a rural area with limited options. My only criticism is that they answer emails relatively late in the day but, besides that everything was smooth sailing.
