They'll ask for multiple videos and pictures but even when you point out the issue in them they'll say they don't see anything. I'm getting a refund for this garbage and getting coverage through my carrier. I hope this company goes bankrupt. Awful experience. ***Their reply is perfect. Shows how awful they are. The device wasn't damaged prior to the warranty and Gazelle refunded me for my warranty life purchase due to their mishandling***

Don't expect your claim to be resolved overnight, but Warranty Life pays the value of your claim as outlined in your agreement. I would not hesitate to purchase another warranty from Warranty Life. The prices are very competitive and the service works.

Horrible experience. Bought this coverage along with a phone from swappa.com. The front screen glitched out and died after about 45 days. No damage to the device at all. I put in a claim and was denied because they "don't cover mechanical issues until 90 days after purchase" and "properly working devices don't just stop working". After they stopped responding, I submitted another ticket with the same info, but said it was dropped, because I was curious if they'd actually cover that. They just closed it with a fraud warning. 24 hours between each interaction, no phone number to call, unprofessional email responses pointing to conditions that aren't stated in the terms that I got when paying for the warranty... At least I had no issue getting a full refund from Swappa.

I had an easy time submitting my claim I had an easy time submitting my claim. They underpaid by 20$, but once I informed them they immediately sent it too me. Couldn't be happier to have my expensive phone fixed where I want with authorized parts and have the whole thing covered (except my deductible!) Definitely keeping this product in the future!
