I signed up just last month and then… I signed up just last month and then dropped my phone and cracked my screen. I reported my claim but they were closed, they responded the very next day. The process was quicker then expected (from drop to reimbursement about 2 weeks) and they were great about anwsering my emails. It would be better if they could pay the repair facility's directly so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket and wait for reimbursement, that's the only downside, they also dont pay the taxes and theres the deductible. Either way I saved a ton of money, with the cost of repairs it just makes sense to have this insurance.

They'll ask for multiple videos and pictures but even when you point out the issue in them they'll say they don't see anything. Went through and did all of the registration and tests properly and got a confirmation of warranty certificate to Jan of 2024. 7 months in, I need to file a claim, and they refuse to pay, stating they no longer offer the product that I HAVE A WARRANTY CERTIFICATE CONFRIMED FOR.
