GBThis Hidden Paradise pet resort is abusive to the dogs that are kenneled with him … This Hidden Paradise pet resort is you're fur babies worst nightmare. This man Curtis is caught on video violently grabbing a German shepherd by his / her collar and once half way in the kennel he kicks this poor pup. He is a monster and needs to be stopped. There is a viral video on FB of him doing this. Please don't allow him to do this to you're baby. The police have been notified and some other media.

GBFully vaccinated puppy died My six month old fully vaccinated puppy went to day camp at Pet Paradise-Houston/Hobby on June 28 and July 2. He died on July 7. He was lethargic on July 6 with bloody diarrhea and vomiting and was taken immediately to Urgent Care where he was treated for his symptoms. He died within hours. I contacted this location to let them know so they could alert other customers and conduct a deep cleaning. I left a voicemail message, and no one has contacted me.

GBMy favorite kennel by far! I have never trusted a kennel more than I do Pet Paradise! We happened to check in on the live camera feed on our dog's final day at the resort and, coincidentally, he was out doing his one-on-one play time. There were 4+ staff members with him, one of them even IN the pool, loving on him and giving him their undivided attention. Seeing this made me feel so at peace knowing my dog was safe and happy.

GBMy dog got bite by another dog and… My dog got bite by another dog and apparently the staff cannot tell me how the incident happened. I would not advise anyone to take their dog to that place. And on top off all that my dog went through the manager was very unprofessional and put one off her staff member to called me and tell me do not bring my dog back to pet paradise because there do not want to take responsibility for the damage done to my dog. I took my dog to Banfield where she received staples, and medication.

GBLoyal Customer NEVER Returning to Pet Paradise After more than a decade of taking my dogs to Pet Paradise (formerly known as Enchantment Pet Resort), I have come to the realization that they are no longer the same compassionate facility they once were. The situation that occurred today was the final straw. They have failed to demonstrate that their customers are their top priority, which is a disappointment to both me and the community. All of the recent negative reviews about them are accurate, and this is coming from a loyal customer of many years.
