GBAll Companies Should be this Good! I purchased an item over 3 years ago, which became defective within the warranty period. VAPOR. Com made the return process so simple for me. They sent my replacement quickly. So, when I purchased another product recently, I wasn't sure if it was operating correctly, and called Customer Service. I was instructed to simply return it for an exchange, which I did. I quickly received the replacement without any issues. Low prices, fast delivery, and EXCELLENT Customer Service! All companies should be this good! 10 STARS!

GBI made a mistake ordering some screens… I made a mistake ordering some screens for my Volcano and after contacting support, they simply mailed out replacement screens and only charged me the difference in price. It was not necessary that I return the wrong sized screens either which saved me even more time and trouble. Superior support.

GBI ordered a few maintenance items/parts… I ordered a few maintenance items/parts for my Storz and Bickel Volcano vaporizer because of the availability, discounts and overall much better customer service than S&B themselves. My order arrived quickly, safely and even though I had made a mistake when ordering some of the screens the c.s.r. I dealt with helped me resolve the mistake to my satisfaction. I would definitely and highly recommend others to order from Vapor.com. I know that I'll be a returning customer for sure, thanks again!

GBI bought a product on vapor.com I bought a product on vapor.com. I received the product promptly, but I need to return it (I realized after the purchase that I need a different model), and they will not respond to multiple requests for a return authorization number, which I need in order to mail the item back to them. I have emailed their customer service email address four or five times over the last six days and not gotten a response.
