Delivery on time Time from purchase to delivery was very reasonable and since the product is working well, I have had no need to contact the company for any further service. The Air II has performed well and is an upgrade from the usual pipe and flames. Much less harsh!

Get 1,you wont regret it As noted in other reviews,definitely a bit of a learning curve.But,from the moment I first used my vapcap,I became a instant fan. With the use of the Dynacoil,the Vacap is literally my favourite thing to use for concentrates.

I made a mistake ordering some screens… I made a mistake ordering some screens for my Volcano and after contacting support, they simply mailed out replacement screens and only charged me the difference in price. It was not necessary that I return the wrong sized screens either which saved me even more time and trouble. Superior support.

Reminds you why Amazon is still king online Placed the order on the 22nd, on the 25th when I didn't have any shipping updates I emailed support asking when it would ship. On the 26th I got a "ship notification," but it was just that the shipping label had been created - "USPS Awaiting item." Didn't actually get dropped off with USPS until the 28th. Never got a response back from support. I don't mind something taking 2-5 days to ship but waiting six days for them to PUT IT IN THE MAIL really burns me up.
